Worst place EVER to rent from! No words can describe how mentally unequipped these entities are. They can’t possibly be called people, humans or anything related to it. Totally incompetent. EVERYONE employed in the Uber rental department should be immediately FIRED, Hertz should do better with choosing customer relations employees, starting with the manager!

Very bad, I rented a car and they gave it to me without maintenance and tires in bad condition and they don't worry about doing maintenance, really terrible

I will never do this again I never got a ride from Uber and they took money off my card and no ride came and I haven't got$25 I didn't even purchase. So money I lost and a ride. Never again. Just never in my life I'll try this service ever. Bus from now until I get my car fixed 😡

A lady in this service station with specs and dreadlocks hair!
It looks like she has never been to school how to talk to people especially with customers!
We were badly interrupted and stopped with rude intonation where I have never expected this was the worse experience facing with such uneducated human being!
My heart goes out to the Hertz why they would hire someone with so much negative energy vibrations

I was going to rent a car this guy charges me first, then he starts explaining roles of toll it will charge you 10$ to get in the toll and 8$ fee total 18$.
When I said why you didn’t explain ahead of time, then he was like it is at the contract when you reservation.
In where in the reservation said 18$ fee for using the toll.
Such unprofessional customer service!
I will not recommend you to go there I wish I would check there stars before I go there!

Do you enjoy getting a car with a transmission issue and when you return it get upsold through a lie (car was eligible for Premier when it was in fact not) made by staff on a replacement car.
How about having a flat tire and the car towed to their lot only to be charged late fees daily for not returning the car (which was in their possession a day before the rental weeked ended)? Then when you go to the location to speak to them about the issue to be told nothing can be done till it "checks in" and the only remedy is to cancel the card it was rented with to avoid additional charges by the manager?
If the answers are yes then this is the place for you.
If no then avoid at all cost doing any business with this location.
