So the employees were nice. 10/10
But the cars smell like piss. I didnt rent the car. My friend did. I rode it in the car and it was mega nasty smelling.

Vehicle was not cleaned or inspected when we picked it up. Van was NOT filled up. It was almost on E. It was also filthy when we got it, with leftover food crumbs and stale food remains in the seats. There was no windshield washer fluid. The sliding door was damaged and would not open properly... Making it Impossible for our kids to be self sufficient getting in or out of the vehicle. Hertz lost a lifelong customer, but judging by the previous reviews- this location won't be bothered one bit.
I will not be renting from Hertz again.

Really bad experience overall. Didn’t have any cars even though we reserved and paid 2 weeks in advance. Horrible customer service. After waiting we eventually got something much worse than what we reserved and paid for. It reeked of cigarette smoke that will take forever to get out of my clothes. Every drive in the car during the vacation was horrible as a result. I let them know about the issue when we left and upon return - they accused me of smoking in the car. Joke of a company.

This was the best rental experience I have ever had. Sydney at the first was so kind in helping me with my car reservation. The car was very nice and clean. After I dropped off the rental, they ordered me an uber to where I needed to go. I highly recommend Hertz and this location. I will only be renting from Hertz from now on.

5717 IH 35 the best place for rental cars. Management at this location should teach class on customer service. Thanks Mr. Monte and Ladies at the counter.

Everybody in Hertz that helped me, was very professional and very nice to me, that made everything go smooth and thank you very much, and I will be back if I need to rent another vehicle again thanks for everything A+++++

Overall good experience, special thanks to Sydney for making the pickup and drop off seamless and very helpful! The only feed back was when I picked up the vehicle, the outside was dirty and the windshield was dirty inside as well, but..... no mechanical faults on the vehicle whatsoever.

Favorite place for my friend Alan to rent cars from! We like to go ghost hunting every halloween and need a full size van to hold all of our ghost hunting equipment! 5 STARS!

They listed a normal wear and tear item (rock chip ) as vehicle damage and my card just got charged for $1100 , I heard the new inspections were bad but this is nuts.

The car I booked was not available. They provided other car which was not clean. The wipers absolutely did not work (almost had an accident at night when it started raining. I had to stop for 30 mins for the rain to stop before I could even start driving). There was also no water for cleaning the windshield from inside the car.

Sydney is awesome! Very knowledgebase, very accommodating, and very easy to work with. I didn't have the opportunity to interact with any other team members, but they were all friendly and helpful! 10/10 will rent again! cars were clean and well maintained.

Hertz rented us a car that needed an alignment (or had something off with one of the wheels) and when it started raining, we discovered the tires were bald. When we went to return the car upon a second day a rain and us avoiding driving the car with the bald tires, management claimed their was nothing they could do to credit back any amount for the inconvenience. More like nothing they were willing to do.

the contract stated that I had to pick up the car from Body Shop... this did not happen... the manager provided a terribly dirty car and said that after the previous renter I should wash the car myself... the car stinks... terrible experience
