Finally got the vehicle I booked for 1200 at almost 1:30. Was told it was 30 minutes away at 1200. Attitude of one of the Hertz reps at desk was very poor. What a difference one employee can make. Last two rentals at same location were excellent.

Just not good. Was told to call for a reimbursement of the up charge that they did and now being told it wasn’t. Doesn’t match what I saw online when reserving. Straight up done. Won’t give them my money NO MORE.

Another needed vicarious post: My daughter and her husband had an extremely disappointing experience with this Hertz location. After her husband was rear-ended, they rented a Tesla while their car was being repaired. When the vehicle was returned, Hertz failed to properly check it in. Despite the fact that the car was dropped off on time, the credit card on file was later charged for six additional days.
The credit card company immediately corrected the issue, but Hertz has continued to harass my daughter for this false balance. She has spoken with management at least six times. In one instance, an employee even admitted that the paperwork sat on their desk for six days because they were unclear on proper check-in procedures. That mistake should never become the customer’s burden.
A simple review of surveillance footage would confirm the actual return date and resolve this matter. Instead, Hertz has chosen to repeatedly contact and pressure a customer who was already in a stressful situation. This is not accountability—it is negligence and harassment.
As someone with nearly 5 million views on my Google account, I feel obligated to warn other consumers. If Hertz cannot take responsibility for its own employee errors, then they should not be trusted to handle customers fairly.
UPDATE: My daughter has now received a collection letter for Hertz error. The saga continues… smh!

I would not recommend renting from this Hertz location. Despite reserving a car months in advance, when I arrived they were in the process of calling to tell me they had no vehicles available because of ACL. After waiting a long time, they finally gave me a car that was not the class I paid for and was in terrible condition — maintenance light on, smelled strongly of smoke, bird droppings on the exterior, and spilled drinks in the cup holders. For the price I paid, this experience was completely unacceptable. Very disappointing overall.

I had an excellent experience with Hertz Car Rentals! A big shoutout to Muyiwa and the entire team for going above and beyond to make my rental smooth and pleasant. They were incredibly accommodating with my requests and genuinely kind from start to finish. It’s rare to see such friendly and professional service these days — their patience and positive attitude made all the difference. Highly recommend this location if you want a stress-free, customer-focused experience!

Just returned a car to this location that I picked up on Friday. The process was quick and easy. Julian helped me both when I picked the car up and when I returned it. He is incredibly kind and professional - a great representative for Hertz.

I'm trying to make it make sense. I rented a van from this location and year ago. No issues. Today I called for assistance for the same. I was advised they could not tell me which locations had them. Either they don't know or didn't care to search. Another location doesn't answer the phone. I don't think I'm going back. I tried.

Booked a car a month in advance, coming from Canada, and was told they didn't have any for us. Make it sound like doing us a favor to give us a Nissan. Fortunately someone returned a Model 3 but the. That one is even more beat up. Some interior panels came off, left camera is out, all proximity sensors are out of service, cruise is off. The app kicks us out every day.

I want to give a shout out to the manager who was working on 9/21. After my fiasco with a hertz at the north end of the Austin Airport. Which whom gave all the cars away to people redirected from Dallas, the manager at hertz on W Anderson set me up with the rental I was supposed to receive.
