We had heard good things about Highlife, but please Austinites, AVOID THIS COMPANY AT ALL COSTS! Greg came by this week, and we had a perfectly fine consultation. His assistant emailed me almost immediately asking if we wanted to schedule an installation. I said tentatively yes while we decided on the sail size and then wrote back the following morning with simple questions regarding color samples, how to clean the sail, and timing for the install. Haven't heard anything for 2 days, and then I come home this afternoon to see utility markings all over our yard. Unbelievable this company would submit a ticket to mark our utilities without our acknowledgement and before we've even signed a contract. RUN AWAY because the communication from this company is horrendous.

Without much fanfare in this review, they literally gave us exactly what we asked for. Could not be happier with our shades. Kudos to Francisco and Laura! Francisco patiently worked with us on design and installation and got it right the first time. Laura was a breeze to work with on scheduling and payments. Seriously could not be happier.

We had these folks install a couple of shades over our pool to hopefully drop our pool temp a bit. The results were astounding. We went from a pool that felt like bath water to a refreshingly cool pool, even through August. Could not be happier. Their customer service after the sale is wonderful too. Now days, that's almost unheard of. I highly recommend this company.

Sail shade, lights and fan installed to battle the Texas heat. They came back quickly in response to a minor issue and made the appropriate adjustment after initial install and payment. Only issue I had with them is that they were slow the respond to initial request for info BUT I assume many contractors are overwhelmed and short staffed these days. Just be patient if it takes awhile for them to respond for the initial assessment and quote . We had an umbrella previously and the sail shade is immensely better than an umbrella.

We had a great experience using Mueller Highlife to install a shade sale over our parking area. We live on a narrow lot with several old growth pecan trees, and needed something that would provide some protection from falling pecans. We couldn't install a parking structure because of the narrowness of the lot. Making an appointment is easy. They came out to do an estimate, drew up the plans, and got us on the schedule for the following week. Communication was prompt and friendly. Installation took two days, one to dig the holes and insert the poles, and another to install the shade itself (both processes are very fast, but I think the concrete needs time to cure). Price was extremely reasonable and there are several colors and sizes to choose from. We are extremely happy with the product and service. Highly recommend!

I had a fantastic experience with Mueller Highlife. It took a little time to get my consultation scheduled (they're understandably very busy and popular) but once it happened everything moved very quickly and smoothly. Greg came to our house on time as expected and drew up a sketch with estimate on the spot based on out layout and what we wanted. Shortly after, Laura wrote me an e-mail to schedule installation the next week. On the day of installation, I requested a change to the design and the team adapted with no complaint. I received an updated invoice after installation and paid it easily online, everything matched what I was quoted. We ended up doing 3 shade sails with cafe lighting and a fan and it all looks gorgeous! Plus, all in the cost is less than what we were quoted for just a pergola. I couldn't be happier!

We love, love, love our new sail shade! After researching different options and receiving multiple quotes for an outdoor covering for our patio that receives sun all day, we decided a sail shade would be the best option for us. Mueller Highlife provided an excellent experience from start to finish. Setting up the consultation was simple, even with multiple reschedules due to rain. The consultation was thorough and we were quickly provided with all of our options and up-front pricing. Scheduling the work was quick and easy once we decided what we wanted. Finally, the crew showed up right on time and were very friendly and extremely efficient....start to finish was about 2 hours. I would highly, highly recommend them to anybody in need of a sail shade!

Just installed our sail shade today and I can't describe how professional and efficient they were! It was a long wait (took us 2.5 months from submitted inquiry to installation) but it was so worth it. Cant be happier to get this done before summer hit!

We had a shade sail installed over our driveway and the whole process from start to finish was so easy. We had to postpone the date a couple of times and they were understanding and happy to reschedule for a later date. I'm so impressed that Greg was able to somehow miss our irrigation lines when digging holes for the poles. I recommend Mueller Highlife 100%.

I am very happy with the final outcome, my backyard oasis is complete! Communication with the team Laura, Greg and Robert was a breeze. Prices are fair and the quality is excellent. I would definitely recommend Mueller Highlife.

Hired Greg to install some sail shades over our small patio area. Ended up coming up with a cool design and adding nice lights. The sale shade end up coming loose and one of the ends came on done but he quickly came out and remedied. Great company and great service.
