Worst h&m experience ever. I got 16 items for 384$ most of them were suppose to be on SALE. The guy at register did not apply them on February 5,2025 at around 7:30 pm. Men’s top floor checkout. My total of $384 should have been $124.00. After I got it fixed I was shocked someone would do that to a person. Previously when I was trying items on I asked and employee to hold my items I searched for 2 hours with care for and he hung them all back up. Worst absolute worst experience ever at my favorite store.

In the 10+ years of this location being open, it has remained consistent: terrible lines, always hot, super chaotic and disorganized.
If you think you can avoid this by shopping online and returning in store, think again- they won’t give you a physical receipt to prove the return and make you wait for an email you may or may not receive.
Extremely annoying that the website doesn’t specify that un-opened tights are non-returnable.

Oh man, the workers are ruthless. I went in to see if I can exchange my daughter’s birthday gift for a different size. I had the package and it was all in the bag with tags. They said no, not without receipt, I then informed them this was a gift, not even for a gift and they said we still need a receipt. So I had to call my brother to ask for the order number and we gave them that and they said we still need a receipt. I said can I speak to your manager, regardless they were short and had nothing more to help me with, so I asked my brother to send me an email of the receipt. My brother lives in DC, so this is his only way of sending a gift. The lady in the front immediately sent it to his card without confirming with me. At that point, I just wanted to leave the store and my brother just said don’t worry I’ll just order it for you. This was the worst experience I have ever had.
They need better customer service and managing experience with customers. Horrible.
Also, please give options for gift receipt to avoid difficulties when wanting to keep a purchase. Never coming back again.

Manager with pink hair was being rude and unprofessional. Wanted to return an item and her excuse was there was no time and disregarded my request. Terrible customer service!

All I got to say is WOW!!!! Manager Abraham at this location searched the whole store and inventory for me‼️This fedora I been searching all day at 3 location!! He spent every bit of 30 min looking and digging! thank you for SUPERIOR service‼️ Need help as for ?️Abraham‼️

They have sale currently, and some items are for as low as $3! But you really gotta dig in and search for your size. Decent collection, for both men and women. Finally I found a h&m store without those long queues outside the fitting rooms. One top was kept in the “sale” area counter, but it wasn’t really on sale later when I went to the billing counter they said. Sad that I couldn’t get what I wanted to buy because it was a little cluttered and I couldn’t find my size. But I really liked the wall art on the staircase area.
