The rooms were very nice, but the hallway does smell a little like cigarettes but the staff were very kind with fixing that and providing us a new room free of charge. They have a nice pool and gym, with complimentary breakfast! We enjoyed our stay. (4.5/5)

If only the pool looked like the pictures. It is actually green. The bathroom in the hotel room had a door that showed clear water damage that had been painted over the swelling and splintering. The shower leaked and the elevator was broken. I am not sure how this location got such high reviews. This is not a good area of town. If I had known before booking, I would have stayed elsewhere.

First night wasn’t to bad, room smelled kind of musty, Saturday morning wake up for breakfast they ran out of pretty much everything @ 8 am. Staff was slow and didn’t say anything to people waiting. Then room had no body soap, asked the housekeeper to refill she didn’t understand. Came back later in the day not only did we not have soap but she took all our towels and didn’t replace them. Go to the front desk they don’t have access to towels? Never have experienced this before. She finally found some hand towels to give us. The musty smell was the window leaking with all the rain had a steady stream coming in. Then to top off the weekend got charged a fee that they never disclosed when we booked. Honestly not a great experience and probably would be my last choice when I go back to Austin.

In the first room carpet was wet. In the second it was better but still damp and it was very humid at night. Noisy AC. Stained sheets. Toilet in the morning did not flush. Equipment left on the stairs.

Upon entering the hotel there is a lot of road construction so it might be in a nice location but I wouldn’t know because the construction takes away from that. Staff were super nice when checking in and complementary cookies were really good. The hotel itself seems to have some work being done to it. There were little puddles of water in the hallways floor we think it might have been from people coming in from the pool. The room we had fit the value we paid for it, it seemed to be a little outdated from the curtains to the microwave. Breakfast was nothing special, the pork sausage could have been browned a little more as it looked pale and uncooked. My biggest concern was when housekeeping knocked at my door at 9am’ish in the morning to see if I had checked out when check out time is at 12pm…I tried to call the front desk to tell them they need better communications with the house keepers to let them know what rooms were vacant but the phone provided in room 329 was just there as a display I discovered no line connected, so instead I used my cell to call and ended up talking to guest reservations in which I mentioned this to them and in a voice recorded survey(make sure you use your do not disturb placard).

Convenient location right off of I-35. Room was clean, and staff were helpful and friendly. Free breakfast was surprisingly good.

Not very friendly. The pool was dirty the evening we arrived. The room was hot and was about 2 to 3 hours before it was comfortable. The following morning the pool was clean but no towels? The front desk said they will take them to us when available which was about 30 min later. The room was was ok, the bed a little hard and great tv channels. Little water pressure. A little noisy due to construction in the area

Got charged $9 a day for a fee I wasn't told about till I got charged. Lost $30. I never had that happen to me at a holiday in.

A Ok experience except for room cleaners not cleaning very good (tables not wiped, floors not vacuumed) we spoke to the front desk asked if they could vacuum nobody came. Spoke with front desk again and they said the manager would contact me, he never did.
