Arrived for my curbside at 1:17 checked in and got a notification to sit and relax that an associate would come bring my order. Witnessed multiple vehicles come and go with associates brining their order to their vehicle. Called the store spoke to a woman who said she would be out with my order after giving her my order number it’s now 1:45and still waiting. I usually do curbside at Bastrop location and never have issues of anything. Bastrop HD make it very easy and I’m usually out of the parking lot in less than 5 minutes. Ridiculous and very disappointing.

To Whom It May Concern,
I want to share a frustrating experience I had with one of your employees, Robert (older, white hair, glasses). His unprofessional and rude behavior was unacceptable.
I came in to return excess foam board purchased under our contractor account, expecting a store credit. Robert took one look at me, then at the foam board, saw a small piece of gravel on it, and sarcastically asked, “Does the gravel come with it?” When I explained I didn’t have the receipt but that it should be under our Pro account, he scoffed, asked for the phone number, then shoved the monitor toward me, saying, “Do you want to find it through all these receipts?” Instead of assisting, he made me search for the receipt myself.
After scanning my ID, he flatly said, “Your return is denied.” When I asked why, he responded, “I have no idea. You’re denied.” and told me to ask a manager. Fortunately, the manager was helpful, but Robert made no effort to assist me. His dismissive attitude, snarky comments, and unwillingness to do his job made for a terrible customer experience.
As a professional in the construction industry, I rely on Home Depot, but this experience has made me reconsider using your company for future projects. I will also be sharing this with my colleagues. Customers should not have to do the work of employees—especially when treated so poorly. I hope this issue is addressed.

Do NOT use the Home Depot free or same day delivery as my order was not delivered, no one called me, I had to call them and ask what was going on and now I don’t have what I need and the refund is going to take 3-5 business days 😡😭

Very annoyed. I was trying to be efficient so in the parking lot to Home Depot is Tiff treats I was picking up a dozen cookies for a neighbor as a thank you and I decided to run in during the wait to do a return. I was returning stuff from multiple projects, when 3 items weren't on a card i had with me. This resulted in a 69.15 store credit. I ran out to my card to put a bag with an item from lowes away. Then I went to the paint department and got a gallon of paint matched then bought two other items and went to check out. at checkout first the card (store credit)was rejected saying that it was the wrong name? so they had to get a manager over and then realized that for some reason my nickname had been put in not legal name. It was overrided, but that puts a hold on $62, only allowing a few dollars for my purchase. They didn't know that, so because of discrepancy of amount written on card they wanted proof of my receipt. So i had to go out to car and get the receipt. Then it still didn't work so we had to go back to customer service for another manager who explained there's a hold on it. they had no recommendation other than wasting more of my time so I was forced to use my account and not the store credit because I was already 30 minutes late picking up my order from tiffs treats. So basically someone entered wrong name. Employees weren't trained to know there would be a hold after override and the customers forced to go out to vehicle for receipt and walked all the way back to customer service and gets to deliver cold ,Thank you cookies to neighbor. Absolutely ridiculous. The one star is a combination from the time before when i came to pick up online order and after a 15 minute wait they rolled in my order from outside In Pouring rain. It was bags of concrete and grout. All soaking wet. I had to go get new products off shelves or I'd have been there another hour. And I found another hard bag of grout (means it got wet) on shelf. So it obviously happens frequently.

This location sucks. I wish I could give them a zero. I came to get a drill and I had to asked twice if they could send an associate to open the gate so I could buy a drill. I have a closet bar I wanted to put up, but to no avail I wasn't able to buy one since no one showed up. Thanks I'll just go get me a drill where the associate's don't mind doing their jobs.

Home Depot has gone so far downhill it is unbelievable. I avoid it now and would rather go to Lowe's. Self checkout has a camera in your face recording you so you know that they suspect you are a thief. I had a kid ask to look at my receipt, confirming that they assume all the customers are stealing from them. Last time I shipped, they connected my purchase to an email I had given years ago. It felt intrusive and rude. Shop arlt Lowe's instead

I like the products Home Depot offers and prices are usually good but the service is horrible here. No one knows where anything is and no on can help you. They don't know anything and if they go to get someone to help they never come back. The only service I got there that was decent was the key maker and the sales people in appliances.

The parking is really bad and there's always suspicious people walking around looking at vehicles, so I'm always cautious when going here.
