If you are looking for lumber go literally anywhere else. The employees here shut down isles for 30+ minutes at a time to just hangout and waste their time and yours. Absolute jokes, completely incompetent.

Came in the other day to get some landscaping rocks. Had some excellent help from Diana in gardening. She went above and beyond to get me a forklift driver and the help me get checked out and everything in my car.

I wasnt going to leave a review but I am so impressed with Jeanetta assistance last night. I came in to return some items and she encouraged me to purchase a great item for my kitchen remodeling project. If you need help with ordering things to be shipped to your address please go see her, she has a winning personality and is very helpful and patient. Please go see for yourself. Folks in door department did not want to help customer. Asked a tool department rep and got assistance. Gray haired man on doors on 2-13 was useless and did not want to assist. Maybe corporate.

Ordered 70 8' sticks of door trim. I got a notice that my order was ready and the contractor went to pick it up...with me paying him to do so. He is partway through the job and realized they only gav him 33 of the 70 I ordered. The woman I spoke with said they confirmed with the lumber manager and store manager that they didn't have enough to fulfill my order, but nobody contacted me and they did not tell my contractor when he showed up to pick up the order that it was only a partial order. Just loaded up the truck with half my order and sent him on his way. Now he is partway through the job and sees he doesn't have enough materials so I have to pay him to make another trip. This is terrible customer service and I will not be shopping at this store again.

I will never set foot in the store. They never have products and can't get help from employees. I was also was disrespect majority by a employee. Not the first or second or even the 3rd time. But the last time.

I have shopped at this Home Depot several times before, and as before, the store was very clean and the shelves were fully stocked. The store had a very large selection of merchandise and inventory unlike some of the smaller Home Depot stores.
All the staff were cordial and professional; they greeted me when I walked in the doors and several times I was asked if I needed help. The manager was extremely helpful and walked me to the product isle and helped me pick my needed items.
The store was very clean, organized, well lit, and very inviting.
Only knock would have to be at check out. The first handheld scanner did not work. It was completely off and most likely out of battery, even though the register was open, so I had to move my stuff to the next register. There were two self checkout monitors (a male and a female) and neither offers to help of acknowledged the non-functioning scanner / register station.
At the end of the self checkout register area, there were two young women who never even looked in my direction but rather were focused on being glued to their phone and giggling and laughing out loud. Clearly they did not need to be at the store if they choose to have their back to the main checkout area.
