My curbside pick-up experience with Anna-Marie was nothing short of miraculous.
She demonstrated grit, patience, and grace as we worked together to strategically shove a 4x4 sheet of plywood into my dubiously 4-foot wide hatchback opening.
I am beyond satisfied. Thank you, Anna-Marie.

I am delighted with the service provided by Ms. Jo. Everyone who helped me said that the plant I wanted was not in the store. She was the only one who placed the order on the computer to have it delivered to my home. She really deserves to be the general manager and get a raise in her salary!She was the only one who really worked and was a sweetheart in her service! She deserves all the recognition.

I was looking for a set screw for my Air Conditioner fan that attaches to the motor. Liz tried several screws to make it right. I can’t thank her enough and know Home Depot will always have my business thanks to amazing customer service and support.

Went into the store and purchased an in stock item. Item was bulky and heavy so delivery was arranged. The importance of receiving a complete undamaged item was repeatedly emphasised and it was stated several times that that specific unit was what I wanted delivered.
Took a day off work to receive the item
Inexplicably, the order was routed to a different store that sent out a different unit that damaged and incomplete.
Efforts to rectify the situation in a time frame that was convenient for me were met with apathy, inaction, and "we can't"
I wasn't asking for anything outlandish, just for the item I actually purchased to be delivered in the time frame they gave me for delivery of which there was plenty of time left.
I could never afford to treat customers with such indifference in my business.
This entire situation was an unnecessary waste of everyone's time that could have been avoided had anyone in the delivery chain exercised the very minimum of competence at their job and took the time to inspect the item before handing it off to the delivery driver putting him in the unfortunate position of having to take the item back when delivery was refused.
This cost the store and the company this sale and likely several more until the bitterness subside.

Great selection on all things for house repairs and upgrades with a wonderful staff that know their marchandise and know how to interact with customers. Recommend the Home Depot to home owners and contractors running a business.

I was delighted with my experience at this location.
Olivia allowed me to drag her to the other side of the store to help me verify a PVC setup. She was very positive and courteous and made me confident in the selection made.
Before leaving I stopped by and spoke to Kevin about PRO who was also incredibly pleasant. I let him know that I just started my own home service business, and he quickly got me upgraded from DIY to PRO. He explained the benefits that I can look forward to including Home Depot's credit offers.
I look forward to making this my primary Home Depot location going forward!

Lucas (store manager) was super helpful! He was polite, professional, knowledgeable, and empathetic. I also enjoy chatting with Anthony when I need help. I would love to visit this store again because this location has a fantastic team!

Rental was the worst experience. I was rented a vacuum that barely had any suction. I came back and they just voided my order and offered no resolution or friendly advice on what to do. The guy with the long gray hair was just not what I expected when dealing with the friendly staff in used to at Home Depot.

i tried to get help to buy wire. I waited fifteen minutes without getting assisted. I left and went to Lowes on Lake Creek. I literally walked in the store, went down the aisle, got an associate to unlock the wire, paid for the wire and was out the store in five minutes. I should have gone to Lowes first. Lesson learned. Sorry Lowe’s for going to Home Depot first.
