Buyer beware!! I spent hours assembling a $650 patio table from Hampton Bay, the Home Depot brand. I went to get another tool to tighten the bolts on the chairs and the glass on the table shattered. Nobody was near it, it was obviously defective. I was shattered along with the glass as I spent HOURS assembling the table and the chairs are especially hard. I call the store and asked for a manager. I talked to Mike and after a long hold he told me that they couldn't help me. I asked if he was the store manager and he said he was. I asked again are you the general manager of the store? He said that "Theresa" was but she won't be in until next week and she would tell me the same thing. I asked to speak with somebody else and he put me on the phone with another gentlemen that said the same thing but this time said it was "Linda's" decision but I couldn't speak with her. I asked for the District Managers number and he gave me the stores number in sunset valley. I called that store and they told me he only pops in there sometimes and it wasn't his store. I have gotten the complete run around. My brand new table is completely worthless. The management staff was totally rude. They told me that returning it doesn't make sense to them financially. Does a customer losing out on $650 and their time make sense? It is brand new, just unboxed not even finished being assembled (chairs). I'll add photos since Yelp isn't letting be post the video.

Went to buy a new mower. They had a LARGE selection to choose from. The whole purchase went QUICK. no issues and I was on my way:)

Ayleen in the paint department is incredibly rude. Not sure if she's just having a bad day but she was no help and every question just seemed like a huge bother and inconvenience to her. Would not recommend getting paint from this department.

Beth in flooring was incredibly helpful. I bought Luxury Vinyl Plank flooring from her at the Slaughter Location and couldn't be happier! She helped me place my order, and find all the items the flooring install people gave me on my shopping list. Beth is a true professional. Thank you! I love my floors!

Went to this location on May 30th, 2021 and was needing assistance in plumbing area and fencing area, 1st person we asked for assistance acted like we were bothering him and then he didn't even know the answer to our question or didn't make an effort to find someone who did. Another employee walked by and I said, "excuse me", he looked at me and kept walking! Finally, an employee (whom unfortunately we didn't get his name) stopped to help us (very helpful) even though he had

The aelection is great but this review is for the staff especially the curbside pickup but not only. Everyone is extremely helpful, very happy to help, always have a good energy which usually happens because of good management... if there is good management, the employees are happy and the customers as well. Really well done Home Depot slaughter lane!

THIS HOME DEPOT IS FORCING ITS EMPLOYEES TO WORK WITH NO POWER OR ACCESS TO WATER.... THERE BATHROOMS ARE A HEALTH HAZARD FORCING EMPLOYEES TO USE THEM AND UNABLE TO FLUSH. THIS IS INHUMANE AND ABSOLUTELY HORRIFIC!!

Can confirm the terrible customer service at this store. Msn.com article said Home Depot and Walmart were offering free delivery of real Xmas trees this year due to Covid, but garden center clerks said they hadn't heard about this and the fact it was on a major news website didn't inspire them to research further to try and help me. I'm a single mom with a tiny car but was there to select & pay for the tree in person. Guess where I'm going now?

I have been coming to this location for years, even before cv19. All negative stereotypes about hardware stores are correct when coming to this location. Unfortunately cv19 has just amplified what was already bad. The list;Poor customer servicePoorly staffedIgnoredNot stocked properlySlow to get helpNot clean or organizedWhen given information it is typically wrong (need better experts)Sadly i will continue to come here for supplies but just try and avoid people that work here as much as possible.

Don't ever buying at this location maybe if they replace the manager Teresa I come back again because she's a B!!!!iI when to do a return and they make me wait for 2 hours and at the end Terera said I'm sorry but we're close and we can't give you your money back come back tomorrow. I can believe they make customers waste their time like that. Home Depot has to get rid off managers like Teresa.

Absolute worst The Home Depot store I have ever been to. I have a stack of refund receipts and Special Orders for ONE transaction due to the number of errors the staff made. They essentially sell you something they don't have inventory for, but they will tell you they have inventory. Bill W. is the manager or at Assistant Manager who assisted and he was absolutely horrible. Multiple promises and he never delivered on dates. Long story short I ended up refunding 75% of the flooring I Special Ordered and was in an out at Lowe's within 3 hours with what I needed, the FIRST time. I have told all of my friends and family to shop at Lowe's and save the headaches.Thanks for being the stressful highlight of my home remodel THD/ Bill!
