Let me just start by saying the customer service at this location is horrible and in need of new staff. Ana (employee) looked to be a younger girl in her 20's was beyond rude to me when I tried to push a broken glass item (I did not break this item) to the side so the elderly woman behind me could walk passed without slipping and falling on it. I saw Ana walking up and moved to the side while she could sweep it up. She loudly said Leave that alone, Thank you! In the most disrespectful tone. I tried to explain myself but shortly noticed I shouldn't even give her the time of day. She then continued to walk behind the checkout counter and talk about me while customers checked out. May I add she was making the rudest faces at me while laughing with her manager behind the desk. The location smells bad at all times and carts in the middle of isles not unloaded. Tons of broken products. 0/5 stars i'll never be back.

The best decoration store at a good price on all your items, you need another one in the Pflugerville area

Picked up a large rug this weekend! Staff we interacted with were exceptional. The person that brought down the rug and wrapped it up for us was friendly and professional. Then the cashier was great. She helped us with some bags to line our rental van and also let us know that if we needed more to just ask. She offered all that with a smile and a level of friendliness that I haven’t experienced at home goods before! Thank you Catherine!!!We transported our rug with a Home Depot rental van for 19.99 for 75mins and it was incredibly easy and efficient! We lucked out and found the right style rug made from the fibers we had been searching for. Wow!

This store has become one of my happy places because I consistently discover items I didn't even realize I needed at such a great value. It maintains a consistently clean environment, and while I haven't had many interactions with sales associates on the floor, those at the register are always friendly. The aisles might be a tad narrow, a commonality among Homegoods stores, but the superior selection and offerings at this location make it my preferred choice over the Research Blvd one. Wishing you luck in your hunt for new and exciting finds!

This is my favorite Home Goods store because of Jennifer. So when you go, look for Jennifer she will help you out. Jennifer is easy to talk to, helpful in making suggestions and patient. I needed a rug for my living room as I was transitioning from having an apt with carpet to a house with laminate wood floors. I had already looked for rugs at multiple places. She gave me what to consider about a rug that size (explaining it was truly by preference) and she said I would like it. Jennifer explained their return policy of 60days..I think so I didnt have to feel like I would be stuck with a $200 rug that I hate. She also explained why I should consider a non-slip pad for the rug and even how to carry the rug to my upstairs living room. While asking Jennifer questions, she told me how she furnished her house with items from Home Goods because of there vast selection and quality items. From my first interaction with Jennifer in mid-August, I came back many times to buy door rugs, mirrors, a bench, footstool, faux flower, etc. Each time I came back I looked for Jennifer to show her pictures of the progress of decoraring my home and get her advice. I had a real orchid for my kitchen table (which died after 1 month) and when I showed Jennifer she showed me the Home Goods faux orchid option and what could do to give it the height I was looking on the table and I am so glad she did. I have always liked Home Goods, but I like Home Goods so much more when Jennifer is there because it's like coming to get design advice and meet up to see a friend. Its great.

Some food and coffee beans are expired! I bought a bottle of expired flavored syrup. When I opened it and tried it, the taste was wrong. It was very sour and there was floating matter. I bring it back to the store want to let them know and return it. A woman with short hair very rudely told me that food cannot be returned once it has been opened. “I didn’t know you have this rule. “ I said. She picked up an iPad-sized board placed behind the cashier and told me it was written on it! Maybe she think I’m Asian and can’t read English, but I don’t think the return policy says that opened food cannot be returned (especially expired food!)

As soon as you walk in, you feel like you’re Home. While you walk around, you are constantly thinking about Home. After about an hour, your bank account is screaming “Go home already!! You are broke! Do you really need a ceramic elephant next to your toilet!?!?!?” God I love this place!

JENNIFER "the manager on duty" is by far the worst manager you could have hired. Been going here with my family weekly for years. 6+ years and the last few times our encounters with her has made us question if we should drive to a different location. ( which we had several times to avoid her) Just terrible personality and demeanor; snooty and comes off rude. Offensive.
