My wife and I love this place! We’ve gotten so many clothes for our 18 month old girl, they have a huge selection! And we love the Christian music in the store, it’s awesome.

Some of the items can seem a little pricey BUT it's a great charity. I also found the staff extremely friendly, helpful, and engaging. In particular, George at the register was a lovely young man. He was eager to help and seemed so genuine!

I was trying to buy a night stand for my new room. I was shopping around at different thrift stores and didn't find what I was looking for. Then I went to a furniture mall. It was filled with lifeless pieces of wood and screws costing well over $200 each. I had HOPE! I went here and I got a beautiful night stand for $10!!! Mission accomplished!

For a "Thrift" store, everything was priced really high. They had some big pieces of furniture and everything was pretty much out of my price range. Both the big stuff and the small stuff.

Great place to shop for all kinds of neat things. Clothes, housewares, decor FURNITURE, etc. Great staff and wonderful atmosphere. Not your typical thrift store.

This is a very well-stocked and will merchandised thrift store location. However, this particular location will be closing down on July 8, 2023. They are moving things to the other location located at Wells branch and Mopac. As of this writing everything is 50% off. I definitely recommend the other much larger location.

Thrift Store prices, department store vibe! I recommend this place. Great antiques show up everyday and the clothing selection is unmatched... Meaning... They have a very large selection of clothes that are not worn out and have lots of life left in them. Wow, they have furniture also! A new eclectic selection of items, vintage or new, can be found on the shelves every week.

It had a nice variety of clothes, furniture & home needs & decor. My friend needed a few washable lunch bags & found them. I like the concept of them helping those in desperate need, eg: home burning down, needing clothes, furniture, etc to be replaced.I have asthma, so a word of warning: there are many super scented plug-ins, plus lung irritating febreeze spray used in the very tidy bathroom. Though I wore a KN-95 mask, it negatively affected my breathing. Had to wash all my clothes/shower & discard the mask since everything reeked of scent. I won't be unable to return.

I always donate here and given them all my donates for years. They will take your stuff happily. But to shop there, their prices are mostly okay. But for what they charge on some basic clothes items, you can almost buy new. It's one of the last old fashioned thrifts.

Lee was awesome with helping my girlfriend and I find the perfect couch for our first apartment! Great prices and even greater customer service from the whole store. Definitely recommend checking this place out.

Feels like Hope has barely had inventory during the past few months. Stunningly, the prices are now on par with those at GW Boutiques.

The store is clean and well organized. I love that the clothes are sorted by size and fitting rooms are available. The employees are super friendly as well. They explained that they are a non profit and all proceeds go to Austin Disaster Relief Network. Disaster victims get to shop for free. Please support this store with your used item donations and shopping!

Friends constantly asking me where I got my outfits lately and my response is always Hope Family Thrift!Key Tip: when shopping there, ask about joining the mail/text list. They send out texts ahead of their big sales. The sales are incredible. Seems to be about once every 2-3 months that everything in the store goes 50% off! With most things already absurdly cheap, the prices become laughably cheap which is a big win for customers! What do they have?- I love their clothing. I shop men's and I'm a Large to XL and around a 38 x 32 jeans. I will say they don't have a lot of pants for me at that larger size but the shirts/button-downs are plentiful. At their last 50% off sale, I had just lost a bunch of weight and needed a whole new wardrobe. I purchased 21 tees/button-downs/sweaters for a total of $52. It made me so friggin' happy :).- Cute little stuffed animal and board game/puzzle/toy section- They have some ok chairs/couches/furniture - not a big selection but enough to at least pique some interest while browsing there anyway. They also offer an incredible delivery price of like $39 or something ridiculous. Not sure if they still do this as I felt the delivery price was way too good (was last quoted at this price in February 2022).- Plenty of kitchen stuff (cups, silverware, salad spinners, etc).- Lots of other knickknacksLogistics: The lot is generally well trafficked but I've never struggled to park there. Easy in and out!
