If you have money in this bank pull it just to list a few things : costumer service is terrible, their check are damn near impossible to cash anywhere else like it's not recognized, if you can even find the location because it's not updated an the higher ups inside are to busy to help the people on the floor for them overall the service is terrible your better off using a shoe box

We had some privacy issues at our old bank so we have moved most of our accounts over to Horizon. They take account privacy very seriously. They even set me up with a new EIN number for a couple of business accounts, to bypass prying eyes. I think we plan on being with this bank for quite a long time! Thank you Horizon!!!

I wish I could give a better review to a local bank, but Horizon messed up a lot with my IOLTA account, which is a special type of bank account that has restrictions on it for lawyers to use to hold client money. First, they tried to put a minimum balance requirement on it, which isn't possible for this regulated type of account. Worse, they auto-closed it without warning or letting me know after! I only found out when I couldn't log into online banking. While the person who set up the accounts was very nice, I was very disappointed in the customer service I spoke to about the account being closed. The first person I spoke to had no idea what I was talking about and the person they put me through to after that was very short with me. I never got an apology for this issue that could have been a really serious problem for my law firm.

Great Bank! Great People! Horizon is owned and operated locally. I highly recommend Horizon for commercial services, especially real estate transactions.
