Look out for Hannah as she gives the best customer service! Her energy, attitude, and service made my shopping experience better than I expected when originally visiting. Came in wanting 1 thing and left with 15 due to the amazing discounts the store had along with Hannah’s assistance and patience in helping me understand the store, styles, prices, almost everything. Would highly recommend stopping here if you want to look and feel great without even needing to change clothes😌

Cameron was so helpfull normally we have to order and have them ship through the mail because they think everyone is skinny but he convinced us to try on the item b4 giving up and we found out a hot topic 2 x is more a 3x so cuddos to Cameron for making our day great

This hot topic was absolutely dreadful, you have employees hanging around playing with slime and chit chatting around the checking out counter. When I would come up to ask for help getting something down or to ask for changing room they’d roll their eyes at me and use a hard tone. I’ve always loved hot topic since shopping at their stores since 2017. This experience however has tarnished the opening atmosphere I once got from going into a hot topic. You can tell there is also just a lack of upkeep within the store as they have broken hangers in the changing room and clothes are not stocked or just in a disarray. I will always love hot topic of course and appreciate the one male worker who helped me get stuff down and also applied my birthday discount without me having to ask.

BRING BACK INVADER ZIM STUFF :((There are very little invader zim stuff the store is mostly Disney and Anime and random stuff now.I can’t go anywhere without seeing My hero academia or “AeStHeTic MuShRoOm fRoGs” like where did all the invader zim merch go. :(((
