I recently purchased a car here and am awaiting delivery notice let alome the vin number for the vehicle for the past 10 days and have received no effort whatsoever in getting back to me. in fact i was left on read by a sales person for 3 hours all to be told i cant be helped.

This is the second vehicle we purchased from Howdy Honda. I love how Rex F. and Brad P. worked as a team to ensure we have a flawless experience. Rex worked with us to get us the price that we want for our CRV. Brad was so thorough in explaining all the features of our new CRV at pick-up. Both Rex and Brad even answered some of the feature questions I had about the CRV the next day ... after I closed the purchase! Even the finance person, Ann, was lovely. She was so engaging with my 11yr old daughter which made a boring process enjoyable for her ... and for me also since she was enjoying herself! We could not be happier with the service we get from Howdy Honda.

My car has been in the shop all day. I’ve been calling since 10am and have not heard from anyone or been able to talk to the service provider who is working on my car it is now 6:49, they are about to close and still no updates!
