I causally walked in seeing if I could get some assistance with taxes and a lovely woman named Min Wu greeted me and helped me along the entire process. I was incredibly impressed with her knowledge and customer service skills. My questions were answered and I left with the assurance that my taxes were going to be taken care of. I would recommend anyone filing personal or business taxes comes here.

You ladies didn't have to accommodate me for barging in last minute and adding my problems to your already heavy workload BUT YOU DID. You guys make a great team. If I wasn't so terrible at Math and if I didn't hate that damn IRS; I want to work with you guys. What a wonderful experience. You guys rock!!!

Made an appointment to save time and I get there and they say they double booked my appointment . I was the first slot in the morning. They said I could wait 30 minutes and wasted over an hour waiting and I still wasn’t seen. Total waste of time especially when I made an APPOINTMENT. Total disrespect of other people’s time.

This year I filled earlier than my usual last minute. I have been filling at the same Austin Riverside location for years now. I have appreciated all the advice offered that helped me get the maximum refund for the upcoming year. And correcting all the bad advice mistakes I made from using various sources. Thanks guys. Hey everyone get there earlier, than like me in the past a week or so before the deadline.

I’m doing my taxes at this office and the receptionist asked me for my name and phone number five times, wouldn’t listen to me then when I said I had to go back to work and asked when to call back she hung up on me and wouldn’t answer the phone again

if price matters to you stay away from this place. their web pages states tax that fee starts at 85 but it could easily climb astronomical if you have additional pages in your return. I was asked to pay almost 500 for a work that takes less than an hour.

I do not recommend. If I could give this office Zero stars I would. This is one of the worst offices I have ever been too. I went up there for an estimate on Saturday the tax pro that I talked admitted that he didn't have that much experience so he would have someone else look it over before I filed it. Here it is Monday he had no one look it over to make sure everything was entered and he also lost one of my W2's. The manager answered the phone hung up in my face twice and started yelling at me through the phone. When I went to the office all of the sudden the manager was in the restroom and couldn't come out and talk to me knowing what she did. I never dealt with a place the unprofessional I would not recommend. Please go to a different office if possible. I been filing with H&R Block for years and never dealt with a office this unprofessional. H&R Block definitely need to train the manager or whoever answered the phone there on professionalism and good customer service because they are definitely lacking that.
