Elena needs to learn basic communication skills. I went in for some basic tax questions and she just would not let me finish the question. I could not get 3 words in and she just overrode me with nonsense. Then when I realized I wasnt going to get anything done, I got up to walk out. She followed me and kept talking about me not going to the right place. I am a paying customer and got referred to her. Awful customer service skills.

My taxes aren't too complicated, but it's more than i want to deal with, so, H&R Block to the rescue! Just for clarity, I use the H&R location at 3201-3267 Bee Caves Rd Ste 22, Austin, TX 78746 (across from the Randalls). This year I met with the tax preparer in person, but the last couple of years, I've had the option to drop off my paperwork and meet with the tax expert by phone. I think you can also upload the papers instead of making a visit to drop off papers. They're efficient and I'm certainly more confident in their tax prep work than i would ever be in my own!
