I'm newly married and I have a new LLC. The tax pros here are great people and do their best but are not equip enough to handle what I needed. My husband normally uses Turbotax and he ended up filing my info with them. I was sent to Kimberly Edmiston for what I thought was going to be help with a business tax pro and instead was contacted with a sales person. Kim is a sales person. not a tax pro. She was trying so hard to sell me on working with a business tax pro when I was already sold from my regular tax pro. I thought I was talking to someone that could help me and instead no help was offered. Kim said she would send me a bill to be scheduled with a business tax pro and instead sent nothing. I have been trying to get my taxes done for my business and haven't been able to get connected with anyone that can help yet. I may just give up on hrblock. I don't think they actually have business pros. just sales associates that differ until you're blue in the face. If you have a business, go through someone else.
Update: thank you for your reply. I will serially call for help and resolution. Thank you again.

Gemma, my tax advisor, for the past 5 years has always provided me with outstanding customer service. (She is located in Austin on Stassney Lane). I never want to go to anyone but her. She is genuine and truly cares about not only my finances but me as a person. She always has my best interests at heart and I will forever be taken well taken care of.H&R Block makes it very easy for me to complete my taxes every year. It is affordable because it saves me so much time, and they are trustworthy. I have never had a problem.
