I just want to give a shout out to Sofia at this location. She worked it out so that for the time ever I did not have to pay! She was quick and looked out for my best interests. She deserves a raise. Been doing my taxes last 5 years. A good and honest soul.

This is the second location I have tried going to.I went in for help doing my taxes and to ask some questions. All the lady could tell me was that she couldn’t help and I needed to buy help off their website. Isn’t that the point of going in person, is so someone can help you? She was completely rude and seemed like she really didn’t care.
