This was my first time at this location, and I was very pleased with the way I was received. Front desk assisted me right away, and Alfredo did an amazing job at helping me with any questions I had. He was friendly, and very professional. I’ll definitely be coming back next year.

You should know that you have to pay before you can review what was prepared, so like in my case, when they make a whole extra digit error that turns a refund into a large amount owed- you have no recourse. There was no guidance or exploration of deductions. Just inform and plug. I would also request the fees up front like they say they provide. With two 1099s our fee ended up being over $700. We didn’t know it would be so expensive until months after we have been working with them, and now we are at the tax deadline with little option. I feel like for that price we could have hired a specialist who could have provided much more than just plugging. The preparer was friendly, and pretty responsive. So a star for that.
I chose this place based on the reviews. I’ll be looking elsewhere, and not working with H and R block again.

I called this location and the call rep answered in Spanish... waited three seconds for a response, then hung up and blocked my phone number.I couldn't use them if I tried at this point.

Do yourself a favor and go to a different location. My wife and I went here today and the gentleman couldn’t speak very good English. When we asked if we could see someone else he said not until next week. He missed things and we are pretty positive we will have to have it fixed.
