We have been getting our taxes done here for years. Last year, unfortunately our accountant retired and we had to use someone else from H & R Block. His name is Farid Khalfan. We have a rather sizable tax refund coming to us and he asked us for our checking account and routing number. We were not able to access our routing number while at the office so he looked up what was an inaccurate routing number and filed our tax return with that. Now, we have to make a special trip to our bank and find out what can be done. Not only should we not be charged $250.00 for this subpar service but we should not have to be the one to fix it. We will not be returning.

Do not go to H&R Block! They are amateurs!! They charged me hundreds of dollars for glorified data entry. My amended tax return was rejected so many times it's now past the deadline and I'm out $6,000! Taxes aren't as hard as you think, and if your taxes are really that bad, get a CPA! My experience with H&R Block as a company, but especially this branch, were HORRIBLE!!
