After over a weeks' time of having our car in the service department at a dealership, the dealership was UNABLE to diagnose the problem. So, I had the car towed to Hulk Automotive. Best thing we could have done!! They diagnosed the problem within a day and fixed it immediately. Pricing seemed very fair and they were great to work with. We will definitely go back!!

Amazing work, fixed my issue I had, had 3 mechanics come look and they couldn’t find the solution, was told to go to Hulk’s and that’s what I did, more than happy with the service, very professional and fair pricing. Don’t think twice if you have automotive issues, Hulk’s Automotive will get you back on the road in no time!

If there was a zero i'd give that. I went for an issue with my tailgate and I had previously explained that I replaced my control module for it, because that's what I thought was the issue, and even when I replaced it, nothing changed. I then proceeded to tell him that something might have been shorting out the module, which may be the problem and if he can find the root cause for me. He took my car for two days, and in the end he quite literally told me what I had told him. He then asked me to pay 260, because he took longer on the car, after initially asking for 175. In the end, I payed 175, but simply for him to reword what I told him and say it back to me.

Professional friendly honest quickDon’t see that anywhereFixed an issue on my car that was a 900 dollar problem that I suspected was a couple thousand dollar problem (radiator vs head gasket + radiator leak)Wouldn’t have been able to tell the difference. They could have charged me for the expensive problem when there wasn’t one and I wouldn’t have known. Instead they chose to be honest.Always coming back

It’s the attempt with me. That’s where I live mentally. Having to trust any shop with your vehicle is scary and in these times, you never know. So that makes it even more difficult when it’s come time to actually needing to get your vehicle fixed and you watch your savings go away. I feel I wouldn’t mind so much if the shop where my money was going had as much integrity as Hulk Automotive does. I have been working with Brian and he has had to literally walk me through step by step for me to understand everything his experience holds. He talked to on the phone many times, you always picked up when I called with a question and I just personally feel he took out such a heavy mentally draining part of this whole thing. I am grateful for this shop and highly recommend it to any and everyone who lives anywhere near Austin Texas. Thank you Hulk automotive.
