Comfortable, clean, surprisingly good breakfast. Good shuttle and friendly staff. Not a fan of the pillows.

The front desk staff were so accommodating. I forgot a form and they let me email it and printed me a few extra copies to keep in my bag. Then I had to leave a night early. They told me it was no problem and promptly sent my bill minus the other night. I would 10/10 recommend this hotel if you need a clean airport hotel with large rooms and kind staff.

I enjoyed my stay the staff was friendly and professional. The rooms were nice and clean and the accommodations were on hand. I would refer or suggest a stay.Rooms: The rooms, because I stayed in two different ones were clean and smelled good. The bed slept well.Nearby activities: I just remember passing some places can't remember what they were.Safety: I felt safe at all times. I stay two nights.Walkability: There were some other places nearby to check out.Food & drinks: I ate breakfast I liked the selection that was offered.

Great place to stay if you have an early flight. I appreciate the on-site restaurant, open late. They have a nice covered smoking area, and also, 24 hour shuttle. They make coffee for you, even if it 3:45am. Great place that understands its customers needs. Highly

Pleasantly surprised, as the room was clean, quiet, and perfect for my stay. Highly recommend!

The room was nice, the staff were friendly, and the shuttle service was prompt. However, none of the ice machines were in working order (I had to go to the dining area to get a bucket of ice) and the water pressure was pretty disappointing. In addition, in contrast to every other Hyatt Place I have stayed at, there was a charge for parking. If you need a nice room 5 minutes from the airport, the place is fine. Otherwise, you might want to consider other options.

We arrived at 1am and upon check-in, discovered that our room had not been cleaned. Nothing terrible, but the beds had been slept in, and there was trash on the floor. The woman working the front desk was nice enough, but she was all alone and seemed either extremely tired or perhaps high. It took her about ten minutes of struggling with her computer to confirm that she did not have even one available room to give us. She did offer to make up the room herself, but there was a line of new arrivals forming behind us (all whom had reservations, but for which there were no rooms) and we decided we'd be better off to stay elsewhere. To give them some credit, the shuttle driver took us to the Hilton, where they had plenty of clean rooms available, and two happy, capable front desk staff to greet us and get us quickly checked in.

I'll keep it short and simple. This hotel screams cost savings. We requested (and paid extra for) early check-in but the front desk staff was clueless and knew almost nothing about it — they did not even know what my total amount due was. They were nice, but not well trained and the owner is trying to save a few bucks with staff. The showers are low pressure — again trying to save cost. The towels were paper-thin sandpaper. The "complimentary" water bottles were the cheapest water I have ever seen. The airport "shuttle" was a 20 year old Toyota van with torn cloth seats that smell like wet socks. Everything from the sheets to the pillows to the A/C (which was being controlled centrally despite my thermostat) was cheap and designed to save money for the owner.I was duped into staying here because of the Hyatt name and the proximity to the airport, but next time I'm staying somewhere else.Rooms: The rooms were clean and decent, the minimum that is expected from a Hyatt.Walkability: You cannot walk anywhere from here, and you cannot walk here from the airport.

Pros:Rooms are clean, service is goodShower is pretty good - good water pressureAirport and gas stations are nearby (gas station is a 2 minute walk away)Henry's BBQ is nearby, go try it out, best BBQ in the area. Better than Terry's in my opinion.AC is good, has a fan mode that is good white noise.Cons:Walls are really thin. Can hear neighbors watching TV and hear people closing/slamming their doors from outside. However, given the price and proximity to the airport, still rating this a hotel a 5/5.

Rooms are great, clean and comfortable. Front desk staff very kind and helpful. Chicken sandwich terrible, has chemical taste. Filet tastes old or microwaved, and is on regular bread. Smells really bad. Couldn’t eat it. Not worth 16 dollars. Posted pic. A/C not working downstairs so using floor A/C units that are unable to efficiently cool downstairs lobby and restaurant area.Uber driver and myself could not figure out how to get on the property due to gates and closed roads.

Hotel was close to the venue we went to, our room was fantastic and clean, employees were kind. Despite an ac issue downstairs our room was cool and comfortable. Breakfast was delicious- waffles, eggs, cereal, fruit, tater tots, juices and coffee. Parking was a little tight but not bad. Over all highly recommended. We didn't get a chance to check out the pool but we did see it, it looked freshFood & drinks: There was a chicken sandwich that was amazing and the breakfast buffet was on point

No A/C in the lobby, gym or breakfast area whilst it was over 100 degrees outside. Lobby is quite small.Gym is way too small to be seriously usable, only 1 bench for weights which is often in use.I was given a room with connecting doors which meant I could hear the people next door shower, use the toilet, burp, talk on the phone, etc. After asking for a non-connecting room there was none available.
