Yikes they really do not know how to cut hair here. It's cheap yes but you definitely get what you pay for. They also don't follow basic directions-they WILL cut more than you specifically ask for.

The old Hispanic lady with brown hair cut my hair very short :( I cried all day, I cut it very short and I told her I wanted it long. My hair reached my waist and now it reaches my shoulders. Bad bad service. hate don't come very sad
