I needed a suit for my cousin's wedding and for church meetings. The first suit that I received did not fit, but they remade it. The remake, due to some technical complications, took about two months. In the end, I got what I paid for, and I am satisfied with the product. Don't order your suit from here unless you have at least two and a half months until your event.
Joshua Jones is a great tailor at this location. Even though the experience could have been negative he took care of me. He did not agree with my style choices, but of course he did not tell me that. I wanted something conservative and old-fashioned, and he tailored the garment to not only fit me but also to fit what I was looking for.

I saw an ad for Indochino on Instagram and it prompted me to check out their website. Their prices and turnaround times were surprisingly good, and I have a such a hard time finding women's suits that fit my body type off the rack or fit my style. Since I have a big work conference coming up, I stopped in to the downtown Austin location and Todd helped me select fabrics and a style I'm excited about. Todd also was very kind, thoughtful, and professional throughout the customization and fitting process. I haven't yet received my custom suit, but if it lives up to my modest expectations and the excellent service I've already received, I'll be thrilled.

The Indochino in downtown Austin was amazing. Todd did a fantastic job of making me feel confident while making my suit choice. I can't recommend this location more. We went through every detail and it all felt very personal and tailored. If I ever need a suit again, you can bet I'll be stopping by to see Todd.

My husband was fit for a tuxedo for our wedding and after three fittings, it still did not fit right. The whole point of purchasing a custom fit suit was to get something that fit well. His pants were too short and tight and the jacket shoulders too narrow. We were pretty bummed.
