I enjoy a lot about this theater, but they ignored my concerns when I wrote the theater and corporate about faulty projection while screening a film. Very disappointed in their lack of respect for customers. I’ll be going elsewhere.

This theater used to be good. Now it’s skin crawlingly dirty and has poor tasting food & drinks.When you walk in to your theater, you’re greeted with a moldy smell of a $1 theater. The seats are filthy and so are the tables, looks like they stopped cleaning thoroughly. In between the seat and wall you’ll find disgusting food particles. The table had gross stains from previous guests. The blanket was wet inside. Needed to shower when I got home.The best thing about this theater was it’s drinks, they used to use the smoothest water to make their drinks. Now it tastes like just regular tap water. The drinks & food tasted stale.The audio and visuals used to be calibrated just right for your viewing pleasure. Now the sound is so unbalanced and super loud it sounds like a cheap theater.Overall you’re paying for the smell & experience of a $1 theater for a very premium price.

Always loved ipic. However, this time someone else's bill was given to me and at the end of the movie I had to let them know. I'm not sure if they got paid or not and I'm hoping that I don't get charged incorrectly

Was quite late to my movie and let me reschedule for another showtime with ease. The blanket to use during the movie is a bonus!

This is honestly the nicest movie theatre I’ve ever been to in my life. Beautiful entryway, friendly staff, and clean. I’m not sure if I can ever go back to a normal theatre. They also have the best damn popcorn (cheddar) I’ve ever had.Clean 5/5Atmosphere 5/5Staff 5/5

Fun for date nights or when you have an even number of people, as the loungers are separated into two. Good food as well, recommend the fish and chips or the burgers. Staff is friendly, and there are activities such as pool or ping pong while you wait. Definitely get tickets online ahead of time.

We had a great experience here. The theater had a good atmosphere, the people were friendly, and the food was excellent. We had some wings, truffle fries, and ice cream sandwiches.The location is good in the Domain and there’s two parking garages right near the theater, so it’s easy to get to. We went on a Saturday and there was a farmers market right in front of the theater, which was cool too.The seats in the theater give you way more privacy than a normal movie theater and it makes the movie more enjoyable. I think this will be a go-to date spot for us in the future. We were very impressed!

Horrible management! Purchased 3 adjacent tickets on their website. Paid for premium seats becase the seating map shows them in a row without any dividers. Arrive at the theater and there is a large divider between two of the seats. Essentially breaking up our party. Discuss the situation with the manager. They acknowledge the "IT problem" with the website. She gives me two options. Come back 3.5 hours later so we can actually get 3 adjacent seats like we purchased or refund.Very rude and unwilling to do anything to make the situation right. Their poorly developed booking site is apparently the customers problem. Never coming back.

Been here a few times, but this place has steadily gone downhill over the years, and last night was just the last for me. The seats, cupholder and area were pretty dirty. The seat cushion kept sliding off the seat The whole movie . service just wasn’t that great especially having to automatically pay 18% to the waiter no matter, which is just a little ridiculous. that’s not what bothered me just the fact that it’s not that clean and the seats are super messed up. Why are we paying this money to go to a nice cinema, if it’s not well-maintained .
