I can’t say enough about J&B on Mary. The owner is so kind, he cares about his customers, and everyone always is happy to be there. I mixed up my pickup date recently and he quickly finished my alterations to get it done same day (which he did not have to do). Even though I made the mistake about pickup date, I could tell he felt bad and wanted me to get my clothes that day (but he didn’t do anything wrong!) That’s just the level of service this owner brings every day - he wants everyone to have beautiful clothes when they need him. I will never go anywhere else. Thank you.

I love J&B alterations! I go here for all my clothing adjustment needs-even my after party wedding dress! They have taken care of all my needs for the last few years from strap replacements, pant and dress hemming. Their pricing is fair and their services are done well and timely. Thank you J&B!

I would like to say first, that J&B alterations does a good job. HOWEVER, being charged $152 for 3 items is ABSURD. I feel taken advantage of and will not be coming back. What a shame.

Overpriced and inconsistent. It took a month for me to get back my shorts, all that was needed was to bring the waist in. I was charged like if it was a "dress" and when I asked about this, I was given no explanation. I was given no receipt and no estimate about the cost prior to the job being done (this is on me for trusting it'd be the same $ as the other items I've brought in for the same reason). No one called me to tell me my shorts were ready either. I like to support small business, but $38 for what should be a quick and easy fix is ludicrous. Never coming back, go elsewhere

Trash place. I was very specific about what alteration I wanted. They did a half-ass job and charged me full price. Honestly it looks like they didn't do anything at all so basically a complete rip off. Avoid at all costs

I had a $335 dress I bought for a holiday party that slit just needed to be fixed. It unthreaded a little from dancing. After I wore the dress to the holiday party I took it to the dry cleaner & they recommended this place. The man at the front picked up my dress and his hands were dirty... and left a grease stain right in front of eyes... I'm bad for speaking up for myself so I didn't say anything I wish I had in that moment :( so the dress permanently has the stain... super sad I never spend a lot on a dress :(

The hem of my dress was not straight when I recived it back. Typically when I pick up the altered clothes they have been steamed and wrinkle free. My brand new dress was all wrinkled.
