We are currently in a rental, and the owners used J-Conn for some replacement and repairs. The crew started when scheduled, were respectful of property and us.
I can't attest to the work product, as I couldn't get on the roof (nor would I know what to look for!), but what I *can* speak to is how amazing the crew was. Not only did they finish the job within the day, but I truly expected some trash/nails after the job was completed. They picked up every bit of trash, located staples/nails before they left, and were so kind. I spoke with a few of the guys, and they were courteous as well as watching out for eachother in this Texas heat.
Again, I can't review the roof repair but if they're as responsible with that as they were with property, I'd highly recommend.

We recently had our roof re-shingled by J-Conn Roofing and are very happy with the work that the J-Conn team did. Their representative Pat did a thorough inspection, proposal and also checked on our roof during a few days of weather delay, to make sure things were appropriately weather/rain-sealed…. He also came by after the crew was finished to confirm everything was done correctly. The crew also did a good job of covering our landscaping, etc. and thoroughly clean-up before leaving. Overall, we’re very happy and glad we selected J-Conn Roofing to re-roof our house and highly recommend them!

From the time I received the detailed quote from J-Conn until the last felt disc and staple was picked up from our yard following the job I couldn't be more pleased with J-Conn's work.
Their roof stocker (ABC Supply), showed up right on time, stocked the roof, and J-Conn's crew arrived shortly afterwards.
I was on-site for the duration of the job and their foreman Omar answered all my questions regarding the process. There was some soft (rotten), decking that needed to be replaced, and J-Conn's framer did an excellent job replacing it.
These folks have been around since 1979 and there's a reason for that.

I had my roof done last month, and without the help of the lady here, I would have been lost. The office staff is so so helpful and courteous. And when the roofers came out, they were efficient, and another man came out after the roof was done and went over my whole yard with a magnet to get anything dropped and went up on the roof to make sure it was done properly. Their customer service and product is absolutely outstanding and I will recommend them to anyone who needs quality service and work.

JConn did two roofs in the last three years due to hail damage. Both times their response was friendly and professional. Both times, the roofs were completed in one day including clean up.

I’ve tried to do business with J-Conn twice. The first time I called and set up an appointment which was confirmed and they were a no-show. That was for a roof replacement quote. When I called them they said they just got too busy and had other jobs come in and wouldn’t be able to help me. What?? The second time I called I just wanted to take advantage of the roof inspection they promise on KLBJ I was told it would be a long wait as they were again busy. I told them no hurry just when they can make it. Never heard back. I am sure if you can get them to work for you they probably do a good job. Good luck getting them respond. I will never try them again.

They came out and did an assessment for repairs related to tree damage during the ice storm we had earlier this year. Itemized a repair, came out a week later and performed the repair. The price was exactly what the estimate was quoted. A good reputable company.

Called last week for roof repair. Was told someone would reach out to me the following week. Called the following week and they said it wouldn’t be for two weeks before they can come out. BAD SERVICE!

J-Conn did an excellent job on our roof repair. The ladies in the office were helpful and communicative, the repair crew was quick and efficient, and Pat the estimator was especially courteous and knowledgeable. I highly recommend J-Conn and wouldn't hesitate to use them again.

I went to J-Conn for my new roof/shingles a few years ago. I am still very happy with their work! I’m now asking them to come remove a satellite dish and repair/replace (whatever is necessary) the area. They will even haul the dish away. ?
