Great traditional but stylish clothes. Only problem is that there are multiple staff in store, only one person as cashier, and the line to pay is always long and slow.

This is my second review of this J. Crew -- I cannot rate it highly enough! Paulina is just the most wonderful help. I can't believe it -- it has been so long since I've been in (I was abroad for work this summer) and of course I finally pay a visit (LOOOOVE THE RED HAIR CLIPS btw!! they are wonderful and feel such high quality, even for fragile hair! It has kept all my thick locks back all day and I never had to adjust once) and she remembered me. Thanks again for all your continued help -- shout out to Kat as well, who also helped me in the past -- J. Crew, please reward your wonderful sales associates. It has me an even more dedicated client (and your high quality, natural fiber materials)...I look forward to continuing to be in the future!

Had a great time shopping here. Shout out to Vincent who helped me with everything. He went above and beyond to help me find the right clothes. The store itself was very clean and managed well. There was a lot of employees walking around engaging with customers.

I called many many times trying all day to buy my only Son a Gift Card by Email. My eyes were not well and I was having a hard time. I kindly asked many times? Can you help me in purchasing a Gift Card by sending Gift Card to the recipients Email and I got told different things and hung up on. I still want to get the Gift Card but I got so frustrated and down, I still hope to get some help by Customer Service. I would like to get my Son a J. Crew gift card. I felt like maybe I seemed dumb to them. You shouldnāt treat customers this way.

A few cashmere and scarf options. I opted for the grey cashmere wrap scarf to get more coverage. $104+ after taxes. The grey seemed most versatile. Feathers seems to be the latest style accessory this winter at J Crew. Interesting.

Well the manager wanted to avoid the hit of a refund towards the stores production, so she said letās just cancel your order. Sure, fine (assuming thatās the same thing as a refund). Nope. 1) she didnāt end up cancelling my order and 2) I didnāt get a refund. I never received an email (as I was assured I would) confirming the ācancellationā and thereās no proof I returned the items. Shady business and inexperienced staff. When I called after leaving the store with a concern that the transaction processed on my card and wasnāt just pending, they told me to just contact customer service, which is where I realized the headache they had caused.DONāT BOTHER PICKING UP ONLINE ORDERS FROM THIS STORE OR TRYING TO RETURN ANYTHING.
