J.Jill never disappoints. I'm not much of a shopper. I sew a lot of my own clothes but when I want something special, J.Jill is my favorite go to clothing store. I always find lovely blouses that fit. Plus the quality of their garments is the best. I purchased two tops for the coming up soon holidays. The two knit tops I purchased both feel so good. I feel so pretty. The staff was very helpful and accommodating in helping find what I was looking for. The pricing was appropriate, not cheap but I was looking for a well made, quality, and attractive blouse. I expected to pay full price. Loved the whole experience.

Came from round rock, ran to the store to grab a pants and the doors were locked at 8:40pm, went to loft and made my purchase. This was 2 days ago on Saturday

Went in there today to find some nice clothes for my mom who has been depressed. It’s hard to find beautiful clothes that are something she can wear but this store was perfect. After an hour and a half in the mall I finally found something beautiful and the lady that helped me couldnt have been friendlier. She even gift wrapped everything for me. I would definitely come back!

If I could rate this zero stars, I would. I had intentions of buying a gift for my mother. Walked in with my son as 2 attendants waited on other customers. They asked after 10 minutes or so if we wanted a seat, but we responded with “I would like assistance”. The attendant nodded and continued with her client. After 20 minutes, the 2 workers were both free and walking by me and my son with not as much as a hello. Another customer came in and was immediately greeted by one of the workers. I’ve not felt so purposely discriminated against in 51 years. I will never step foot in the store or any other department store owned by this group.

My Lady loves this chain and is happy to shop and buy their goods any time she can visit to see their selections. She is a disciplined shopper and loves value shopping without spending too much money!!
