There's a reason they've helped Austin for so long. They are good at it.

Worker BRENDA is horrible. Rude attitude, unhelpful and did nothing about a ruined dress.

A few months ago, I had to have two out of three laundered shirts re-pressed. This week, my husband‘s dry cleaned shirt smelled like vomit, there was even BO smell under the arm. They refused to re-clean it or refund our money. I think her exact words were “It just smells like food to me”. Good grief, should it even smell like food? $9+ We are done with Jack Brown, cleaners! They don’t care about quality work or care if people ever come back. Got the message loud and clear.

Picked up a shirt I had laundered and immediately smelled something like vomit (of all things). Took it back after Christmas...the smell had faded some but still smelled bad. Employee at said she only smelled something like food. I said I wanted it recleaned at no charge or get a refund. She would do neither. I said I'll do business somewhere else.
I have traded with Jack Brown cleaners over 40 years...I even was a good friend of a classmate from the family starting in high school. Another example of poor customer service - and from a business that's been around almost a century.

Website states that they are able to provide cleaning for household bedding. When I arrived they were not only unable to help me with laundering a duvet but quite unhelpful on addressing why exactly they wouldn’t be able to. When I asked staff what options were he said buy a new one or wash it at home. Probably better going to a non chain.
Not very helpful.

Great experience and friendly employees. Very fast. I dropped off 2 suit jackets, 2 suit pants, and 2 shirts on Saturday morning and everything was done by Monday afternoon.

Didn't do the job that I thought they had done! My girlfriend had a marvelous dress that she needed taken care of so I ask them to repair a broken zipper and to fix it with a new one. He said that it would cost around $30 so I said ok fix it. I didn't examine the zipper after I picked it up, just happy that they said that they were done and it's ready. Fast forward 5 months later the zipper broke again! I said ok I'm taking it somewhere else, glad I'd choose to because when I told my GF where I suggested, she went there and they said that the zipper was NEVER changed! Fool me once...... well, you know the rest ?

OMG! SO HAPPY! We had a giant king size UGG comforter that could not possibly fit into a washer or dryer. We didn’t know what to do. We took it to Jack Brown’s and “Connie” (super-helpful) , said “No problem!” we just picked it up and it looks like brand new!!! and for a fraction of the cost: a new UGG comforter could cost $300 and this was 1/10 of that cost! Highly recommend!!!

Ever since I've moved to Austin back in 2011, this is the only location I've taking my clothes to get dry cleaned. Haven't had a horrible experience "Yet", and I hope I never do. The staff can be very hit or missed. Most of the time they are friendly. My clothing have been returned in great condition, so no complaint there!

I see delivery as a possible rating here? Please respond to my review if this is offered! Everytime I am here my clothes come back pressed and starched (to my specifications ). Exceptional crew here. Highly recommend!

I showed up to drop of my clothes in my Jack Brown Cleaning bag and the rude lady refuse to take my bag because I didn't have mask on. i'm confused i don't mind having mask on but when the another worker in back doesn't have mask on and they are on a closer space then me and her. i have used this place during covid never been asked to wear a mask while in my car or asked to dump my clothes out of my issues jack brown bag. if you require customers to wear mask that should go for employees and don't be rude about asking to put on a mask.

Paid 13 dollars for them to put TWO HOLES in my skirt suit. Would be a returning customer if they'd invest in some hangers for skirts instead of sticking two clothespins in them to attach them to a hanger.Other than that, friendly service and dry cleaning as expected.
