I needed a dress cleaned and was in the area of this location. The young woman who took my order was very informative and friendly. The turn-around time was great-in fact, they had it ready much earlier than what they told me. The price was quite reasonable. I was also allowed to use a coupon that I found at the Jack Brown website. I plan to use this location for future cleaning.

This business and the owner are HORRIBLE. I received my silk skirt back completely damaged because the employee decided to safety pin it to a hanger in multiple areas, and instead of the owner Casey Laney, taking responsibility and giving me back my money owed for his stores lack of care, he yelled at me on the phone and insisted "if I wanted to get my money I would need to give him my skirt". Um I'm sorry??? What kind of ridiculous rule is that? What if this was a sentimental piece of clothing to me?? Im required to give it to you so you give me my money owed? They're thieves. Do not take your clothes here- they'll ruin them or lose them, and yell at you when you expect them to take responsibility. Horrible people.

Do not go here. I went to pick up the day after my clothes were supposed to be ready. They were not ready and the woman, Ana, was rude and disrespectful. When I arrived there was a “be back in 15 minutes” sign and I had to wait for 12. Then my clothes weren’t ready and she had a terrible attitude, calling me rude and saying she didn’t care if I was unhappy. She said “I don’t own this place. I don’t care if you’re happy.” Stay away.

I am new to the area so found that this dry cleaner was convenient to my home, however I will never use them. The customer service is atrocious. I walked in and was finally greeted by a woman who asked if I was there to drop off. I said yes, however I had never been there before and had a question about what service to get. She completely ignored me and proceeded to ask for my name and number--rude. I went ahead and attempted to give my name and number 3 times (she said couldn't hear me (turn down the radio--this a dry cleaning business, not a dance club). After we settled the contact information she asked me what service I needed and I said well I am not sure, I need help with seeing which service is better, which she immediately replies to "I can't help you, it's your clothes". What?? I said thank you--apparently you can't help me...of course she states have a nice day. I told her to work on her customer service. Seriously, way to go turning business down and irritating potential customers. Avoid this place.

Super overpriced. And they don't tell you the price when you dropped it off. Like twice as much as anywhere else in town. Go to ricks cleaners instead

I really wish I would've read the reviews prior to taking my Dry Cleaning here. I typically use Rick's Cleaners who are amazing! This establishment, allows you to drop off your clothes without a quote for service. I am convinced they do this on purpose, because if they told you how much they charge no one would use their services. I'm angry at myself for not asking however I was completely astonished to find out that they charge $15.25 per dress, which is insane!! I found this out only after receiving a text indicating my laundry total was $164, I was completely taken off guard. This is highway robbery and customer service at its worst. I called the store they could really care less. These people are the absolute worst! I was given their main corporate phone number. When I called the corporate number there was a recording saying "if you're calling about a customer service issue call the store",I left a message, and as you guessed ZERO response. These people are an absolute disgrace. DO NOT take your dry cleaning/ laundry to this over-priced, awful place of business. I will NEVER visit this establishment again.

The employees at this location are some of the rudest women I have ever interacted with in my life. Every time I come in, they are unfriendly. And today the manager took the cake. Today, I just spoke to the manager on the phone, and she was the worst. Background story: She messed up an order of mine about three weeks ago. I brought a dress in for the zipper to be fixed (they send things like this to someone else, which is understandable), two days later I get a call that it's ready and when I get there it's clear that the manager had actually done my garnet as a cleaning and not as a zipper fix. Which was annoying but not a big deal. The young lady said it was her manager who helped me and that she would call me the next day. She never did. I called this morning and the manager answers, and does not let me finish what I am saying before she starts talking over me about how she remembers what happened and she put it down that it will be just the cleaning fee instead of the $30 alteration. That's great, I wasn't calling to complain, I was just calling to get an update. I then thank her for the discount, and explain that I was only calling to find out information about the dress as I was told I would receive a call but I never did. She says she called me, I have no record of this not of any message that she left. Overall, you shouldn't be treating customers rudely, especially when the reason there's an issue is your own admitted fault. I received no apology for the inconvenience, just was treated as though the problem was my fault and with annoyance that I was bothering her with the issue. I won't be using this location again.

They're posted hours say they open at seven am, but the doors were locked at 7:45. You wasted my time, and there are numerous other cleaners in this area. I won't be going back.

The little dark haired employee at this location has a personality of a stick.... borderline smart mouth. I will not come here again just because of her.....don't believe me...walk in and ask a question or just see if the greeting is worth anything. Extremely poor representation for the business.

I began going to this place because it was close to my house. While I've had no issues with the quality of work done, it is expensive and they do not have pricing displayed anywhere in the store. To compound the confusion over price, they frequently run promotions which are confusing and often aren't honored. For instance, last week was 25% off dry cleaning. I brought in three pants, asked to make sure they qualified for the discount, and when I went to pick them up this week I was charged over $22. When asked about the price and if I had received the promotional discount, I was told no I hadn't and they couldn't change the price now! When I persisted that they try to make good on their advertisement they agreed I qualified for, the employee simply said there was nothing he could do since they didn't put the correct discount in during my initial visit to drop off. Over approx. $5, they lost a customer. It's not the money, it just feels like they are trying to screw over the customer and hoping that since it's just nickles and dimes here & there they won't protest.
