Terrible! The staff member did know how to do my capital gains income. She called her supervisor for assistance and I was told I would get a call back but nobody ever called. I ended up going to HR block.

This time of year is always scary, but I came here and Ashley made the experience so easy. She's so funny and she explained everything with the new changes from the IRS. She was so patient with me while I logged into the IRS website. She also walked me through the Jackson Hewitt website. She's a goof ball but made my experience so enjoyable. Definitely going back next year!

I went into this Jackson Hewitt because I had some questions before I filed, it was the closest one to me at the time Ashley was a big help and wrote down all the forms and what paperwork I would need. I am a forgetful person so I really appreciated that.
