Did not like my experience! I went to pick up my moms bracelet and when I showed her the bracelet she said it wasn’t hers ! I later then went back and the old lady working there called my mom fat bc I said it didn’t fit her the way it did when she brought it in meaning the bracelet wasn’t hers !!! She then kept repeating that and saying they couldn’t do anything abt it when her charms were moved from the original place ! Again she told me she couldn’t do anything and that my mom was just fat

KERRVILLE, Texas,After years and thousands of dollars spent at James Avery, not only for 5 bracelets of my own and gifting James Avery to my family and friends left and right, I come to the sad realization that James Avery doesn't care about its customers. It been a month since i reached out to you and i have been in limbo in regards to a lost package due to a discrepancy with your website. I have called and today I was told that there's nothing you can do! I rather lose the money on that order and never buy from you than to continue to waste my time trying to resolve this issue, because i am the one trying. At these today agent was kind enough to be honest and tell it was not James Avery's problem.

This locations doesn't even deserve a star. I have been going to this location for more than 5 years and I have never been more disappointed since my last visit! Nicole had me putting my charms in the location I wanted and watched me struggle to open and close the safety pen and was getting impatient as I was taking too long! Never in my 5 years have I ever placed my charms on my own bracelet as this was always done for me. I am very disappointed in how customers are treated in this location. Definitely never going back to this location and I recommend everyone to go to another location where you're treated better! Horrible horrible service!

Val did such a wonderful job. Her customer service was outstanding!! She kept checking up on me to make sure I was finding everything okay. Asked questions to attempt to help me. Definitely a good sales person. She made my visit at James Avery so great.

The customer service wasn't really anything worth talking about. They couldn't really explain much about their jewelry and what they had on display was nothing much interesting. Honestly, I think you have a better chance just going to a random jury shop

Dropped off 2 separate bracelets to add charms to and when I went to pick them up 1 of the bracelets they showed me wasn't even mine. They completely misplaced my bracelet. I don't understand how they could have even mixed them up considering they're tagged and put into the computer with your name and you have to verify everything and should have been kept together. The women helping me was very frantic and dug through all the bags after I had to give her a description of what my bracelet looked like bc no one was helping her, and the one women who did chime in told her it was the completely wrong one so it took even longer bc she wasn't even looking for the right thing. It took about 20 mins and she finally found it and I inspected the crap out of it. I never got an apology from anyone other then the women who helped me either. I also am sure the person who's bracelet they almost gave me would be pissed to find out they misplaced hers too.

I have always appreciated the customer service at James Avery and this visit was no different. They did not have the charm I needed in stock so they called a local store to put it on hold for me. Top notch, Texas owned business with great product.

Entering the store I was greeted and asked if I needed any help. Great customer service and friendly. Showcases had a lot ofJewelry /assortment to choose from really nice. I meet the Store manger Amy and she was very nice and friendly & is really great when store Manager talk to the customers. Thanks for the great customer service, Amy.I went in for my niece Birthday presents. My niece Was so excited on the two charms - Air Force charm -it Represents her older brother that is in the air force & Boots charm - Represent She likes boots. Outstanding charms- James Avery -
