The first time I went there it was just very poor customer service but decided to go back again and they were wonderful. Of course, the lady that was there the first time was not there the second time. That second visit both ladies were very helpful!

I have two compliments. The clothes are great quality and affordable and they always have good sales. We were able to find something for my daughters first day of school that was so unique. But the customer service is really why I wanted to write a review. I accidentally left a bag of clothes I had just purchased from Dillards in their store and there was no way for them to get in touch with me. The store manager personally walked it back to Dillards where they attempted to refund me but couldn't because I had used a debit card. When I realized the bag was gone, I thought there was no chance I would find it. I called their store and they directed me to finding my bag. Maybe a small thing in some ways, but I was so appreciative.

Best shopping experience ever, the manager was incredibly friendly and helpful, gave excellent style advice and knew the products backwards and forwards. They would not have their way to help me find what I was looking for and even help set up everything to be ordered and shipped online for me. Very accommodating, excellent choice of styles, great prices too! But seriously, the people here are the best!

The ladies from the Barton Creek Austin location are absolutely amazing! They have dressed my kids on more than one special occasion but only do they select the perfect outfits for them with the perfect fit but they somehow magically manage to do it over the phone with patience and kindness working with me to select the best deals for what I’m looking for and then to add even more magic I get my items in 2-3 days delivered right to my front door! I will continue to consult and purchase from these beautiful great quality children’s clothes from these great ladies!

"Nichole "as soon as I walked in was very heart warming , customer service was amazing! Helped me find a birthday outfit for my 3 year old made sure it fit him perfectly. Too bad this store is being sold hope they stay open. Thanks again Nichole for being helpful and positive and happy attitude, made my day.

The store tried to not accept online return with absurd makeup excuses I've never heard from other stores/brands. I know it is bs, and it is really funny to see someone is confidently bs. Anyway, I'm staying away from this store from now on, and their products are not using good material though, which is the only reason I want to return. Now I got another reason. The store sales are trained to lie, aren't they?
