I’m extremely disappointed with the photoshoot experience here yesterday. Despite booking specifically for family Christmas photos, I was denied the advertised background and props that were the reason for scheduling. My 6-month-old daughter, who cannot sit up alone, was only allowed to take individual photos with that background, which was never my intent, and there was no assistance provided to engage her or manage the shoot during family photos.
The final images were poorly cropped, unflattering, and enhancements were unrelated to the holiday theme, yet I paid over $200 for this disappointing experience. As a first-time mom with limited free time, I expected better from JCPenney. I cannot recommend their photo services and hope corporate addresses these serious service issues.

Great deals for black Friday. And almost no competition. My kids love sports and they've outgrown the super cheap baby shoes. This location has nearly all sizes available. Full shelf. Be sure to support local. Buy Texas!

I went in to look for a dress shirt and slacks and asked if they could take my measurements. The associate in the men’s section simply said ‘no’ and pointed me toward the shirts without offering any further assistance. I left immediately. Very disappointed in the lack of customer service.

The products are either conservative or stand out.

I had bought a bridal ring set and didn't realize it was damaged until I saw it in the sunlight after we left- it was on a Sunday and already close to closing time when we left so traffic wouldn't have let us get back in time. I ended up going the very next day and was able to exchange them - I forgot to ask for a name but she was wonderful and very helpful!

JC Penney is a good store however this one needs to hire a cleaning crew to clean. The floors & restrooms were so dirty in the store, I mean spills and black sticky stuff all over floors, the restrooms were horrible and the ac was totally out in the restrooms, it was burning up hot. The staff were friendly and helpful and the sales prices were pretty decent.

This used to be a good store, but with the deterioration of JC Penny's financial condition and this mall in general, it is much worse now. Tonight I tried to run in 15 minutes before close and pickup 2 pairs of men's shorts. I have worn these exact St John's Bay hiking shorts for 10 years and knew exactly what size I needed. The website said they had 2 pair in stock.
Problem #1 was the door I parked near was locked 15 minutes before the 8:00 pm closing time. I hurried into a mall entrance and around to the Penny's entrance. I hurried downstairs to men's wear. I struggled to find the shorts and a nice sales lady helped me find the shorts rack. Problem #2: we found 0 pairs of the shorts I needed.
Just a bad shopping experience. I ordered online and probably won't try shopping there in person again for items like this that I already know precisely.

Ready to check out, and I couldn't find anyone to check me out. Wandered around and found another customer wanting to make a purchase and she couldn't find anyone. Finally saw someone off in the corner taking care of clothes and she finally came over. Love the clothes here, but if you can't find someone it becomes a problem.

Peyton was rude, refused to acknowledge me and gave away my purchase after saying they would hold the clothes til I came before closing to purchase.
I'm preparing for a trip with a specific dress code and spent a lot of time (over 2 hrs) trying on items and picking things out all over store. I still needed a few things and wanted to price compare/look at options so I took the full bag to counter and asked Peyton if they could hold the bag so I could purchase on my way out before closing because it was heavy. She said yes, got my name and took the bag. I came back at 745- she could see me through the glass, made eye contact, and then ignored me so I went upstairs and entered the open entrance and came downstairs to purchase my bag. Found her hiding by socks sitting on the floor. She said they put everything back and I could come back tomorrow. Hell no. What a waste of time and what unprofessional behavior. Why would I come back after being treated like that, especially when I was going to spend a lot of money and took so much time picking out so many items? Thanks a lot. Be aware, no one was very helpful today, and usually I've had good experiences, but this burned me on this store.

The clearance racks are very unorganized. The racks throughout the store are too close together.

Went in there as a walk-in on the off chance I could get a simple up-do for a wedding we were going to later that day. The person who I assume was the manager asked me what I was looking to get done. I said that I didn't want anything crazy, just a high, sleek pony-tail. (Which is considered an up-do) The manager then asked the person standing next to her, a female with long black hair and dyed orange bangs-if she had time and could she do it? That person made a super ugly cringe face, like you'd make if you'd rather do ANYTHING else. Lol. She also mumbled something about something, but I didn't understand what. I just kind of laughed because it was super awkward and said "thanks anyway". Not sure what I was thanking anyone for. Completely unprofessional. After we had left, my husband told me he was going to offer them 2 times the price of the service+ a fat tip. Oh-well. Orange bangs is never going to move on from JCP with that attitude. I didn't even know JCP still operated salons. Haven't seen one in over 35 years. Wasn't missing anything, that's for sure.
