The pan dulces (pastries) are delicious and not too sweet --just like the way I like them! The tamales were to die for!!! Who would have thought a tamale near the cash register would blow my mind? The guy at the front desk knew because he looked at me with a smug smile. I'll surely be back... If anybody knows of the recipe... Please let me know!

I have been waiting for this grocery store for a while. It has been a major let down. Everything is more expensive than HEB. The selection is limited to large chain products (salsa, cleaning products). The bananas i bought have a wood like substance in the middle. Not edible. I bought some potatoes yesterday. They have that horrible bad Potatoe taste. Not edible. The security staff is really rude. The cashiers are ok. Don't shop here, I am having to throw produce away from this store, that i paying a higher price than HEB.

I bought some gold earrings at the jewelry store, they are of very poor quality, I went to have them fixed, or to have them replaced, they did not want to change them and to fix them, they charged me a lot of money, that jewelry is very, very bad.

This place is great for some things, high prices because it's considered a food desert despite HEB being down the street but we still really appreciate that JD's opened hereWe go frequently for their fresh bakery and we have always gotten good customer service. Everyone also speaks english if needed. It's clean and there are other services like hot food and cash checking, jewelry, gifts, wine/beer, flowersProduce not the best and we do stick to the things that are similarly priced to HEB, something in walking distance besides the dollar store is a big convenience. They also have polite security. Open early/late.

The vacuum and air pump machine does not work and will take $5 don’t swipe cashier doesn’t even worry about putting up a don’t use sign. All she said was sorry they don’t work after being charged $5 for nothing. Don’t go to This store.

Air Pump is $5 for less than a minute of air and the machine doesn't list the price. Didn't even fill up one of my mostly full tires.

This market is very convenient given its proximity to adjacent neighborhood.The prices for fuel at 7-11 across the freeway are less and they're 24 hours, but this store is closer and usually cleaner.It has a bakery and grill and an above average wine selection.The receipt shows the items in computer system are not appropriately assigned, as far as tax classifications.Even though both items are food, usually exempt, only one of the items omits the levy.Serves me right, for eating such sugary sweets so late. Ay!No matter, I'll still be back.Thanks, y'all!
