So, The manager here was very nice to me even though I am a women and listened to me and my worried over the phone about my car after I let a mobile mechanic named Donald Ott service my vehicle who claims to have his ASE. Silly me though he's been doing work on my cars I guess this job was too big for him. With that being said I allowed him to change my head gasket and he didnt even change the oil so I called and talked to, tom tim or todd im not sure anymore what his name was because I was so upset about what I let this guy do to my car and asked if they'd even service my vehicle since its got so many issues right now, before I brought it there he deff adviced me not to try to drive it which was probably a good idea since there was still water in the oil so I towed it there upon its arrival they were very careful and pushed my car in the bay but upon their findings I had to get a second opinion. But they were just so nice and helpful to me! thank you for all your patience with me guys! I'll deff only come to your service center when I get my new car. but the second opinion on the other one was pretty much telling me my engine was gone... This is the girl with the chevy cobalt btw. Thanks again.

Worst jiffy lube in Austin Tx. Please save your self the headache & go literally anywhere else & save yourself the headache. The people that work here not only don’t want to help you. They can barely do it there job to begin with. I took my girlfriend here to get her oil changed & two days later. I noticed her car is leaking oil. Can you believe that? Y'all literally have one job!!!!!!!!! Get it together!

Highway robbery. Not only they acted like they are doing me a favor to do an oil change. They quoted 167.99 for 8.3 quarts of synthetic. That’s highway robbery. Going rate is $95 everywhere else.
Also they are not doing inspections anymore.

I would've given a 5 star but I had a tech that was being trained and it showed, no offense, while watching him he did the oil and filter right, but even as the check in guy told me they would check and top off all fluids, that didn't happen, and it was even printed on my receipt that it was done but I still like Jiffy lube.

Employees were revving my engine unnecessarily and laughing around, I did not bring my car to the shop to be played around with … oil was changed, but there is an apparent leak near the oil filter that was obviously not checked. My tires were supposed to be rotated checked, but I had to go to another garage the same day to get a tire puncture fixed. I would’ve expected something like this to be verified by the mechanics.
I will not be coming back to Jiffy Lube.

I’ve been here previously and returned for a simple oil change. The second experience was ended with me returning to my vehicle only to find a mess on my carpets, do you not have the paper mats???

I went to a location that advertises "never needing an appointment" and was told I need to get on a waiting list. When I called multiple times to get on said list nobody ever answered my call

Got things stolen from my car at this place I call to ask an it seem real passive like " ok I'll check the camera " now I got no proof just the knowing of nobody being in my car only time was when I went to get oil change. Knew I should have just changed my own oil. So just make sure all your belongings are put up an nothing out foe them to steal. Because I'm missing things.

Charged for a tire rotation that didn't happen.
I took my car in for an oil change and tire rotation a few weeks ago, when I had a slow leak in my rear left tire. Staff were friendly and service was quick, and I left thinking everything was good. After driving for a few days, I noticed the slow leak was still happening in my rear left tire. That tire also has a unique scuff mark on the sidewall, and when I checked the tire to see if it was the same one from before, it was. Long story short: I was charged for a tire rotation that didn't happen. I'm no longer local so I couldn't go in person, so I tried calling Jiffy Lube several times to ask for a refund. Phone was never answered.

Went there. Quite literally had people looking at me and smirking/laughing about an issue I forgot to mention with my car, further smirked and chuckled when I dared to ask a question and discuss with them. It was a younger girl at the counter that was looking at me and laughing. Don’t know what her problem was. Service was fast though.
