Gave me synthetic oil change after I specifically told them I wanted a conventional oil change (3x) since I am on a budget. Instead of doing the right thing and charging me for what I asked for, they only gave me a $9 discount. This is unacceptable and I will no longer give them my business.

Jiffy Lube failed to reattach a piece to my car after an oil change. Drove for about 30 mins before realizing. Went to this jiffy lube that was closer in order to fix it and they refused to fix it “for liability reasons”. What a joke.

I’ve Been going to the same Jiffy Lube for years myself and my child actually
They are very kind
But this time I did not get windshield wiper fluid like I normally do in the past not sure if this is just not a thing anymore? 😏

Took my car to get an oil change.
The tech didn’t know how the oil pump worked. Sprayed oil on my windshield, engine bay, and hood of my car.
I asked them to help get it off but they didn’t have the right products to help.
Concerned my oil wasn’t properly changed.
Also had to clean the oil mess on my own, not a great experience.

This is the worst Jiffy Lube I have ever been to in my life. I went for an oil change and one of the workers hit my car against a wall when backing into the bay. The team lead Darick Yanez and his team were extremely unprofessional. They refused to give me the supervisors phone number and the insurance for me to get my car fixed. Not only were they extremely rude, but the woman worker Amanda Jaimes tried to assault me when I told her to stop recording me and my car, she was never involved in the incident to begin with. The police officer had to get involved to stop her as she tried to back me into a corner. There was a lack of manners and professionalism throughout the entire encounter with these people. They used tactics to try to manipulate me to leave by saying they were going to tow my car if I didn’t leave. But they refused to answer for the damages done to my vehicle. I called the cops and Yanez refused to give his supervisors number to law enforcement. Thankfully Officer Ramirez gave me his number after talking to Yanez and I already filed a claim to corporate. If these individuals are still employed at this location STAY AWAY!!!!!!!!!!!!!! Based on all these reviews, I hope they close this franchise down. Save your money and stay away.

Terrible Experience – Beware of This Location
I had a horrible experience at the Jiffy Lube on Ben White. I left my car with them for service, and they ended up driving it inside the shop and getting into a minor crash. When I asked for details on their insurance to resolve the issue, they refused to provide any information. To make matters worse, a staff member named Amanda started recording me without consent, and instead of helping, the team was rude, dismissive, and completely unprofessional.
Their customer service is non-existent. They humiliated me and wouldn’t take responsibility for their actions. It was only after I called the police that I was able to get any help. I would strongly advise anyone considering this location to think twice. They are disrespectful and seem more interested in dodging accountability than providing service. This place operates like scam artists—please be careful if you decide to trust them with your vehicle.

I bring my truck here because they give a minor discount for BYO oil and filter, and it's hot and I don't have to crawl under the truck. It's still 50$, plus shop fees and tax, but it's better than crawling under it in the heat and bringing in the oil to recycle.
Last time, they pulled the filter before the plug and 5+ quarts of oil got all over the underside of the skid plates.
Today, they said they'd do the plug then the filter, then fill, as I asked.
Once they're drained the oil, they started to add oil, but hadn't swapped the filter yet. I asked them to stop and replace the filter first, and suddenly it's a big deal, and I'm telling these guys how to do their jobs. They refused to fill the engine with my oil, said I could get it towed away. Jerald offered to clock out, go outside, and fight me.
Upon his arrrival from lunch, his manager, Albert, de-escalated the situation, and they completed the service. When I got home, I re-torqued a couple skid plate bolts they had started to remove erroneously, and checked the filter and plug, both ok.
After discussion with Albert, If I ever go again, I'll pull the skid plates first - but at that point I'll just change the oil at home.

I was robbed money from my glovebox, I left it hidden never went anywhere beforehand, first place I went was to get an oil change. The money in there was for medications my family needed, 300$+ plus that was taken and a 128$ charge for an oil change. Seriously, my dash cam saw it all

I have always been so impressed with this location! They happily drove my car for me when I was too scared to drive over the hole and they were so great and friendly through the whole process! I couldn't recommend them more!

My lady & I are looking to go on a roadtrip soon, and so we wanted to get some servicing done. I normally change the oil, but I had to leave town so I was unable to. She took it to this location because it's relatively close to her house. I would've stopped her if I had known, trust me. The reason for my review, is why I would've never recommended she go.
She brought in one of their coupons, and intended to get a $70 synthetic oil change. They said that they'd replace all of her air filters, which would bring the price back up to $100. Not being a car expert, she agreed. They went through a rigamarole of showing her the "filters" they'll replace, and talked her up to schmooze her into this "amazing" deal.
Well, she then takes it to her mechanic for some unrelated concerns before our said roadtrip. She informs them about her experience at JiffyLube. The mechanic disappears for a moment, and comes back with her both her cabin & engine air filters that are both really dirty. And says, "you unfortunately got scammed."
Look up a YouTube video, or take it to an automotive shop. Do not take your vehicle to one of these dumps. If they can't replace the air filters and charge you for it, who knows if they're giving you the correct oil. What a disgraceful business. You go to these places expecting 1. Experience 2. Efficiency. Instead, you get folks that'll take advantage of people who aren't in the know, to safe $10 on some air filters. Get real.
