I tried to getting my third vehicle tested for emissions today. First car went fine with a minor wait. Second car I was first in line but the only inspector was out to lunch. I waited not realizing he had just left. Today I was third in line and the first vehicle in the bay was there for 50 minutes. I found out they were getting the works. Then the inspector went to a different bay and started rotating tires.
I left and went to Capitan Inspections around the corner and was done in 10 minutes. I will never come to Jiffy again!!

Look elsewhere for service!!
The good is quickly seen service, but the bad far outweighs the balance.
Small leaks of oil 3 weeks after service in November 2024 and followed by an oil check engine light that required me to go back by the second time.
I was told it was a gasket leak, and they would be able to repair it. This was all before a five hour planned drive in December 2024.
They supposedly repaired it and then wanted to charge me for their repair as well as an oil change performed unasked ( 3 weeks after they had done an oil change themselves).
I made the trip, but the car stayed with a local AutoShop because oil leaks continued . It was found that they had overtightened and unthreaded the drain plug and damaged oil pan.
It's mid Jan 2025 and still don't have my car.
Find another place for your sanity.

I usually like this jiffy lube but I will not be going back… The older guy who checked me out wouldn’t let me get the cheaper oil that i ALWAYS get. He made me get the more expensive one and I feel that he did this because I am a female. I even texted my dad asking if my jeep could take the conventional oil I always get and he said yes… In the past when I got my oil changed, this same employee tried charging me $900 to get my breaks changed. I told him my dad would be fixing them for me and he seem pissed about that. I think he just wants to make money off young “dumb” females..

I don't recommend this place to anyone, they are inept. Yesterday I went to change the oil in the car and the “mechanic” when lowering the hood of the car left the barrel on top of the battery, this almost caused me an accident since the car turned off in the middle of the street because the battery was melting

I do not leave reviews for anyone however my experience has to be public. This has been the only place and location I get my oil changed for many many years. On Friday 8/9 I came in for an oil change. I was surprised to find them not busy at all. The service was fast and I went on my way. I went home and parked on my driveway. Later the same day around 6pm I noticed a wet spot on the concrete driveway. I crawled underneath to look and found a steady drip coming from the oil drain plug. I could tell by looking at the angle of the plug in the pan that the person below had cross threaded the plug when it was reinserted. Too late to go back since they were already closed. I was very disappointed that they let me drive away with a consistent drip. There is no way it wasn't noticed by the person underneath and that they let me drive away. So I went back at 7:30 Saturday morning 8/10 so be first in line, they open at 8:00. The manager confirmed my suspicion and they would need to replace the oil pan. I told him I was leaving the next day for a 400 mile trip and he assured me it would be fixed that same day. So I waited in the waiting area until almost noon and left with a new aftermarket oil pan. The problem appears to have been corrected and no drips have been noticed. I then went home and spent another hour cleaning up the huge amount of new oil that leaked out onto the driveway the day before. Maybe I would feel better if they had offered me something in return for my trouble and my time spent on their incompetence. After looking back on the experience I wouldn't use a free oil change if they gave it to me. The fact that they let me drive away with such a bad leak could have caused serious engine damage if I had not noticed. Zero confidence that they will do any job correctly!

Visited this location three times to have my vehicle inspected. The last two times I was told the inspector wasn't available, as I don't live nearby found this to be too inconvenient - Will not be using Jiffy Lube again.
