Would give them 0 stars
When there for an oil change oil and charged me a premium. After making me wait for an extra 20 mins and watching YouTube videos they didn’t know to reset my maintenance check light in the car.
Now been a couple of weeks and I notice my car has been leaking oil this whole time!
Need to take it back to my dealer for an oil change and get it rechecked all over again. $200 down the drain
Save yourself from these scammers and take it to a better place with quality people and technicians

The Staff at Jiffy Lube #2477 in Austin, TX. are Amazing! Nick, Eric, & Clayton have exemplary Customer Service, very respectful, & efficient. Started our morning off with a cup of coffee & an oil change from these fella’s… now we know we’re in for an awesome day!

Fast and easy, they honored a coupon on their website and also gave me a further discount because the price at the end was more than I expected. I like coming here on weekdays when it’s slow. I was in and out in 20 mins. I can see the new management is working to improve their customer service.

Took my vehicle to get a oil change ( Im a regular customer) it was running just fine no problems I get home and I'm leaking oil I take it back up there and I'm told i have a gasket leak. I didnt have any problem with my vehicle until I got this last service. I'm waiting on a mechanic to let me know if something wasn't done right up there so jiffy lube can help resolve this issue.
