I spent $125.00 for oil change, but Jiffy Lube put the cheap oil inside of my engine. Every three days, I have to check it because it's burning oil. This is the last time I'm ever going to have Jiffy Lube change my oil cause they ripped me off from the quality oil that I paid for.

William helped me change the oil and filter in 5 minutes, I was amazed, they did it in that time and I was satisfied, because I asked to check the oil thinking that it was impossible to do it in such a short time and they really did it and well.

These guys obviously hold themselves to a high standard. They will weed out any problems you might have and be blunt about it. My kind of joint!

They had me in and out in 5 minutes during rush hour for an oil change. Respectful and courteous. Didn't haggle for other services. Prob the best Jiffy Lube I've ever used.

How can this place possibly have 4-1/2 stars?!? Went in today for an oil change - November 8th. Place was deserted. Pulled in and received nothing but grief. Neither woman working there knew how to even check the oil level. Had to ask her to do it twice before she finally pulled the dipstick properly to read the oil level. Me asking multiple times to re-check the oil made her mad. Both women were argumentative and extremely rude. Neither would stop running their mouths, making the situation far worse. The manager was friendly and polite but didn't know how a crush washer was used nor did they stock replacement crush washers for drain plugs. I left and went to another Jiffy Lube. Will never go back to this location again.

Pulled up about 30 minutes before closing and have been overdue for service on my car. William was running the entire shop seemingly alone - he finished with a customer ahead of me, then did my intake, the oil change itself, and got me on my way when I was finished. Despite being clearly spread thin, he took the time to advise me on my air filters and offered replacements. Even though he was the only one there, he got me in & out in about 20 minutes. He was awesome.

I gave jiffy lube 5 stars the one in 2711 B West Anderson Lane in austin tx 78757 which has a beautiful and professional ladies works there ( Nisha and Mahalia ) they are so sweet and smart and awesome team car care . They took care of my car and checked it and replaced my old battery to new battery . Thank you so much, Nisha. You are awesome. I like jiffy lube because of those good workers who are working a great job .

I know this happens probably a lot of places but it's part of doing business. Showed up at this Jiffy Lube about 5 minutes before they were going to close. Apparently they would had already turned off everything in anticipation of leaving. If you're open till 6:00 you sure of customers till 6:00. And this is from somebody who's worked in the hospitality industry for a number of years. It's happened to me a different places I'm more than one occasion but it's not right and you lose business and they lost mine.
