I tried to come a handful of times but it's just not practical. There is only one lane open and a minimum 30 minute wait, on top of the time it takes to work on my car. Why waste 45-60 minutes here when you can be seen quickly at places with 3 mechanics working? Also, the bearded guy who addressed me, was not professional at all. No hello, no estimated wait time, opened my door to scan my VIN without asking me, advising me or even acknowledging my existence. No thanks

Efficient staff with great customer service. I was told my state inspection would take all day at Lamb's on Far West but Jiffy Lube got it taken care of immediately.

I am rating this location high because the workers were very nice and fast. I went to 2 different places before this one to get my car inspected, but they did not have any inspectors. I will go back here with my other car for the inspection when it's due.

Tried to get an oil change on Saturday. They were not busy, and oil changes are fairly simple. This location however, should not be trusted to touch your car. Prior to this appointment, I’ve never had any issue with any oil change and my car is over 100,000 miles. After only a couple hours of leaving the shop, my car starting leaking excessive oil from the oil filter cap. Once I opened the hood of the car, I noticed oil spilled all over the engine hood, and my oil level was much higher than considered safe. Upon further examination, they did not replace the gasket for the oil filter cap, they had kinked it. Causing the car to leak most of the oil. I have huge puddles of oil left over from my car and ended up having to completely fix and redo the oil myself. When I called to notify the store that I was losing oil as we spoke and needed a refund, they argued with me the whole time, and told me they wouldn’t be able to refund me without having my card in person. So I came back on Monday, just to waste 20mins at the store again for the manager to process the refund without needing the physical card. Absolute waste of my time and their time. Rudest customer service I’ve ever experienced, and obviously inexperienced technicians working on the cars. John C, Lorenzo, and Anthony were working on the car. Once again, save the time and skip this chop shop.

Seems they hire the worst and no surprise the customer service is horrible. Ive tried them a few times now and each time it has been bad. The staff is disionest. Also, that entrance is a horrible trap, and be prepared to get stuck and wait. Better do yourself a favor and go elsewhere. In fact lambs on far west is much better
