Smh I went to this jiffy lube for a vehicle inspection, the Inspector failed my truck but couldn’t tell me why it failed but everything on my truck worked and functioned fine no lights were on. He just kept saying if you get it fixed within 2 weeks just bring it back free of charge, my response was get what fixed his response was I don’t know but after you fix it just bring it back……I ended up going up the street to a different jiffy lube to get clarity on what I need to fix and he told me nothing is wrong and passed my truck

Got an oil, oil filter change & air filter replaced here. Paid more than $200 to have these services. My truck needed more oil a few days later. Only to find that the oil filter wasn't even tightened!! What kind of astrocity is this? My truck had been leaking oil & I had to spend $60 to fill it back up! This could have done some major damage to my motor. This is totally unacceptable! What can be done to prevent this?

Very bad service, I took my car in for an oil change, I arrived, they parked me for about 25 minutes, then they made me pass and when they passed by, my car got a nail in it and they didn't take responsibility, the manager just ran away from me angry when I complained to him 07/22/24 11:00Am

DO NOT GO HERE, Manager is extremely toxic. I had to have my license plates replaced so they no longer matched my inspection sticker so this guy starts yelling at me that i'm breaking the law and for me to leave immediately, wouldn't' listen just me to get out and he wasn't going to help me break the law. I'm still in shock over how I was treated and being called a criminal. I just wanted to get my state inspection done., I've now called austin local license plate customer service to make sure I wasn't crazy or doing something illegal and I am not, my plate is valid and that manager is still an idiot.

I came to to Jiffy Lube to get my oil checked on. I have to say the service here is outstanding. I highly recommend this location for oil services as well as other services they offer. They recommended my spark plugs to be changed and my vehicle is running with more power. The manager here is so professional and works so well with his employees. Thank you Jiffy Lube for taking great care of my vehicle. This is my one stop for oil changes and more!
