Failed to reattach a piece to my car after my oil change. Drove for about 30 mins before realizing. Went to another jiffy lube that was closer in order to fix it and they refused to fix it “for liability reasons”. What a joke.

I went for an oil change and they were fast , they reminded me to change my windchills so I did , the only thing is that they did not show me the filter after they changed it or during the process, based on my husband opinion they should have done that and that is why I put the 4 star, but over all the service was great. I will go again in 6 months.

It was not pointed out to me that my car battery was severely corroded when I had my car inspected the day before, and I found myself stranded in 101 degree heat with a car that needed to be jumped because the battery needed replacing. I understand that a battery check isn’t part of the state inspection, and that legally they are not allowed to advertise other services, however, it would have been appreciated if the corrosion would have been pointed out to me to alert me to the fact that I might want to consider having the battery checked and/or replaced. The manager told me that a corroded car battery doesn’t mean it necessarily needs to be replaced, however, the fact that the battery needed to be jumped tells me otherwise.

Went today to get an inspection- got there around 11:45 - told I’d wait an hour - around 1:30 was told he would actually be going on lunch and I could come back at 3:30 if I wanted my inspection done. Disappointed that I wasn’t told ahead of time. Also- they were seeing cars who had gotten there after me but I didn’t say anything. I did get my headlights done while waiting and they look like nice but overall there didn’t seem like there was a lot of organization at this location and the inspection guy wasn’t on his game. I left and went somewhere else for my inspection and got better service than I was getting at jiffy lube. Not sure if I’ll ever come back.

Do not use this place for AC services the manager recharged both mine and my husband's vehicles AC and over filled the freon causing the compressor to fail IN BOTH CARS. what should have been a simple job is now costing is $4000s to repair. Highly do not recommend, avoid this place.

Jonathan was absolutely wonderful when i stopped by for a fluid check right before a big trip :). He got me in and out in less than 10 minutes and was overall just fantastic!

With Jonathan he took care of me.
When you go in ask for him he's the GM he will take care of you.

Great guys always quick and efficient...*****one year ago this was a five star place. One year later it's a one star big change. 2.30 hours to get a oil change. Sadly not the same.
