Pretty quick with their service! The tech that helped me out primarily was Jacob; he was pretty friendly and knowledgeable. Made getting an oil change quick and easy! Definitely recommend for speedy service.

Warning : FULLY SYNTHETIC they said it will last around 5K, but in the sticker they are putting for 3,000 miles due. Keep out because this does not mean you are due for new oil at 3K. It’s for the “top off” free fluid checks and refills. They said to come in either when your light comes on OR at 5K. Just be careful to not overspend depending on your oil type. Check your oil type first.

Would never visit again and wouldn't recommend it to anyone. They didn't honor the terms of Groupon coupon that JiffyLube sold on Groupon. The Groupon clearly stated that it covers up to 5 quarts of new oil, old oil and filter disposal, and 1 new oil filter. I bought the Groupon, which was non-refundable and went to this location after a few days. The guy at the counter tells me I will have to pay another $2 directly to them if I want to use the Groupon. I asked how much oil are they going to put in my car and he said 4.5 quarts. So I tell him the Groupon says up to 5 quarts when why do I have to pay extra? He tells me this is what it is, and he doesn't know anything about Groupon because he doesn't sell them in a very bad attitude. At this point I was disgusted by his attitude, and he was frustrated that I wasn't ready to pay just $2. So I told him, I don't want to give them my business, just give me my car back. I drove straight to another JiffyLube location nearby (Wells branch and i35) and such a night and day difference in customer service. That another location gladly accepted my Groupon, no extra charge, all done in 10 minutes.

I visited Monday around 2pm and had a very helpful experience. I didn't catch his name but he was young and wore glasses. He was very honest about what my car needed. The only problem I've ever had was the one time an oil cap wasn't secured down but that was a rare freak occurrence. I do hope they pay their staff a fair wage. I've had good convo with the employees and they seem to want to offer the best deal available. And I've never had to wait too long.

Tried to get an inspection but was told that they don't do inspections here, no reason given.
They said to try another Jiffy Lube in Wells Branch.
Later I went to Wells Branch and arrived just after 4pm but they said they stop doing inspections at 4pm, despite being open until 6pm. Understandable if they were busy, but there were 0 cars being serviced at the time.

I went yesterday trying to get an oil change as soon I pulled up the young black guy with the wild hair came to my car window he appeared to have an attitude I figured because I came at 5:20 and they close at 6pm but I don't believe that was the case he asked me what I wanted to be done I replied oil change he did guide me into the bay I was following his hand signals which he then raised his voice and told me to come out and try again mind you I was following his hand signals and he was telling me with his hands to turn left but verbally telling me not too…. Long story short he needs training or a new job I just left and took my money to take 5 down the street

I just drove up for an oil change. It was empty so I was excited... mainly because I was broke all month and then I had some money to get it done, on Christmas eve, but everything was closing early. So anyway... The guy walks out as slow as molasses... He barely gets close to the car .. he like, 'what' ... I asked, could I get an oil change? ... He shrugs his shoulders and moves his head around like he's annoyed 😠.. then he says, ' yea' very softly, like mumbling. I said, is that a YES? .. he said something else mumbling, shuffling over to the bay, pointing to it...
And I left! Why should I give them my money? I've worked in the service business all my life! You have to at least pretend like you are capable.
No way am I going to that place again! 😩

Very poor service. Spent 40 minutes sitting on my truck and the guys were just playing around with about 3 cars with the hood open but nobody working on them. I will never go to one of this places again.
