$2100 oil change!!
These clowns failed to properly secure the dipstick; it was reversed and partially out.
Result: An oil-saturated alternator which failed, taking the battery with it.
Avoid this place like the plague; they’re a false economy!!

My son just had his oil and filter changed and the crew failed to put back on the access plate. Reading the reviews it sounds like this Is a common theme. Hopefully they will get this remedied. In the meantime, we will use an alternative location.

Great service. Helpful, trustworthy staff. Fast service. Never had to wait long. I've been to other Jiffy Lubes but drive out of my way to go to this location.

They always take good care of me here. Their state inspector was on vacation, so they recommended two alternative shops for service nearby.

I went to the Jiffy Lube on 2222 and 620 in Austin and I was simply amazed! They were friendly, professional, quick and they worked as a team!
Before I knew it, they were adding the new oil! The tires’ air was already checked before I could ask them to do it. AND the car was inspected with the report on my dash! Service was excellent, excellent! Great job guys! I appreciate you! ?

Went to this location 3 different times all 3 times they told me they didn’t have the filter for my car, first time they told me they get shipments at a certain day so I came back that day & same thing then went back again & they told me they had just used the last one & all this happened between 9am-1pm

State inspection station that doesn't do inspections. Been here multiple times and each time they say the inspector has left for the day. Would not trust this place with anything.

When I arrived there was no rack open so the guy told me to park, leave my keys in it and go inside and they would pull it in. Not what I have ever experienced with Jiffy Lube. I have always been able to sit in my vehicle. When they pulled my truck onto the rack, they immediately began working on my truck so I went out to speak to staff to let them know I wanted synthetic oil. The guy was very rude and said just go back inside and I’ll get that from you in a minute. My reply was okay, just wanted to be sure they didn’t start the process and put regular oil in it.
Also, I had a coupon that was on the Jiffy Lube website and verified that this location accepted it. When I presented it, that same guy said that one doesn’t work. The coupon clearly stated it did not expire until end of April of 2024. Went to this location merely on convenience only. Will go to the one on 620 next time.

I ALWAYS experience good service at Jiffy Lube. To tell you the truth I went to a competitor and although friendly, the shop was not very organized, and they do too much upselling. I did not return! Glad I opted to use Four Points Jiffy Lube. Those guys run a tight ship and get the job done swiftly and efficiently.
