Extremely Disappointing Service and Unacceptable Damage
I had an incredibly frustrating experience at this Jiffy Lube location. Their inspection hours are clearly not posted anywhere on their website, leading to multiple wasted trips. I arrived at 11:00 AM, only to be told the inspector wouldn't be in until 12:00 PM, despite their implied 11:00 AM inspection start time.
To make matters worse, during a previous oil change, they stripped my oil drain plug and completely refused to fix it, telling me I have to take it up with corporate. This is absolutely unacceptable damage and a complete lack of accountability. I would strongly advise avoiding this location.

This location is always mad about something. Today I went in because the sticker they gave me last oil change was wrong. I assumed it was a typo or wrong sticker. Then I got an email from carfax about Jiffy lube last report only to see that it did affect carfax. They definitely messed up. When I went in to check if everything was good on thier end the guy working the bay had an attitude and was defensive (Im wondering if he did the sticker) First he told me that jiffy lube doesn't report to carfax which is a lie. I pulled up carfax and he said we'll thats only if you get an inspection and I said but I got the inspection there.. he said it was an error on the states part and to contact them. I get that but explain this sticker then. He then told me there was nobody I could talk to and then threatened to call the cops if I didnt leave the bay. I'm at 101,000 and I need an oil change. I know where I won't be going. Customer service goes along way. I knew I should of never given this place a chance.

Martin and Yasir were fantastic. I always use these guys for oil changes and they never disappoint. Today I witnessed their professionalism as they managed a disrespectful client (who even engaged in name-calling). Martin kept his composure and handled the client with tactfulness - all while still giving my vehicle quality care. As a veteran, they never forget to add a discount (which I’m so grateful for). These guys are awesome. Cant wait to be back! 🤙🏼

I got my oil changed here for the first time which was an okay experience. But what really pissed me off a few minutes after leaving the shop, the skid plate started falling off and was scraping the road. I had to turn back around so they could fix it. Apparently one of their workers put it on backwards and couldn’t fit all the screws in…because it was backwards. In all the time I’ve been getting my oil changed, this has never happened to me! Either someone needs more training or someone should be getting fired because they didn’t even bother trying to readjust it to perfectly fit all the screws in before I left. I will not be coming back for sure.

Thank goodness the technicians here not only did a fast effecient job at changing my oil, they spotted a potential accident waiting to happen. My brake fluid was low and upon further exploration I found out I need a new master cylinder and power brake booster. They caught this leak and advised me not to just fill up the reservoir and keep driving. I know they have my safety in mind.

Very professional and quick staff. I came in for an oil change and the staff had me in and out before I knew it. Everyone spoke respectful and clearly and did their work diligently. Would recommend this location to anyone in the area for their service.
