Fast and efficient staff. Walked in for a annual inspection, had me in and out in under an hour. Young gentleman (didn't get his name, sorry), escorted me in to the waiting room and then out to my car when it was ready, very sweet of him!

I had a fantastic experience at Jiffy Lube! The staff greeted me with a smile and were very professional from start to finish. I visited around 5:30 pm on a weekday and there was no wait time, which was a pleasant surprise.
Joshua and Donald provided excellent service. They took the time to ask the reason for my visit and gave a detailed explanation of the different synthetic oils available, helping me choose the best one for my car. The waiting room was a great touch—comfortable, with a TV, coffee machine, and even a popcorn machine to enjoy while I waited.
To top it off, they vacuumed my car and cleaned the exterior windows, leaving my vehicle looking great. Highly recommend their services and will definitely return!

Make sure to take invoice before you sign up for the work. Went there twice and they tried to charge me $100 and $50 each time, over what I was quoted when I signed up for the work. I should've learned my lesson the second time but I gave them the benefit of doubt.

My vehicle oil pan was stripped and damaged at this business to which they documented and admitted to. My mechanic tried to rethread and repair the oil pan twice to no avail to stop oil drips on my garage floor. He then had to remove and replace with a new oil pan. Jiffy Lube reimbursed me for the first repair attempt but refused to address or reimburse for the 2nd repair attempt and new oil pan for the original damage they caused. Customers, beware. So much for taking responsibility for "poor training," incompetent employees causing vehicle damage and refusing to take care of the customer. Never had an issue at any other Jiffy Lube over decades. Never again.

1hr and 35min for an inspection after being told it would be 30min. They misplaced my keys twice and didn’t even mention anything about being late or disorganized. After watching their team do business for almost two hrs, I can confidently say this shop is the most unprofessional I have experienced in the Bee Cave/Lakeway/Spicewood area, coming from a 33 year resident.

Have always had a great experience with the team at this Jiffy Lube. They are courteous and efficient and go the extra mile. Today when they finished with my car they delivered it to the front of my office across across the shopping center from their location. Great service all around!

Great experience. I was promptly met and walked through the process by an employee. I was given recommendations on additional services but not pressured. The waiting area is nice and new. There were 4 employees working on the car, cleaning the windows, and vacuuming. It was nice!
