Came for inspection and got upsold on cabin filter replacement at 4x inflated cost. I really hate this upsale tactics and this Spicewood location is doing it to me the second time around. I would rather them not do it, not go pulling the filters and bringing them to me for a quick sale. This tactics seems particular to this location, not Jiffy Lube in general. So my advice is take your car elsewhere if you prefer your service providers to stay within bounds you have specified.

They’re not just an oil replacement shop, they were able to replace my Silverado ignition key cylinder, which is a complicated job.

Very nice & friendly. Explained what was needed before they proceeded. Thought it was a but pricey but I’m use to my husband doing maintenance on the car. I’m only in Texas for 3 months out of the year. Thank you!

I’ve been here several times for different services—flat tire repair, registration needs, and a new battery reset/registration, to name a few. Each time, the staff has been incredibly helpful, friendly, and willing to assist. I would highly recommend them to anyone needing vehicle service. I’m so glad they’re in the area and that I can rely on them for my car service needs.

I’m a repeat customer at this Jiffy Lube location, and I honestly always have a great experience here. The staff is consistently friendly and welcoming, which makes every visit easy and comfortable. They’re very thorough with their work and take the time to explain what they’re doing, which I really appreciate.
What I like most is that they never try to upsell unnecessary services. They’re honest, straightforward, and focused on what your car actually needs. It’s nice to find a place you can trust. I’ll definitely keep coming back and highly recommend this location.

Stopped by and got all my maintenance done in about 25 minutes. They explained important components and service intervals. I think the guy at the counter was Isaac. He was great. Definitely where Ill go next time

Unless you have an entire day to waste on an oil change and tire rotation, you’re better off going elsewhere. They are very slow, take tons of breaks, and stop regularly for team joke sessions.
3 hours for an oil change and tire rotation. Was quoted 30-45 min for service.
They will try and upsell engine and cabin air filter replacements when obviously not needed, both were changed on my last service a few months ago, the filters were both clean and white.
And $160 for an oil change and tire rotation?
There are 2-3 other service stations (oil change) within 10 minutes of this location. Time to move on.

Used to love this place. The team here messed up a routine oil change and added an extras gasket to the routine procedure. Which resulted in an oil leak on my end, which meant I needed to get an oil change a 1000 miles before it was needed. When I brought it in to get it checked out, the manager said they would call me, never did. I had to call to figure out it was their teams negligence that caused this problem. Instead of offering this oil change for free or a discount, they didn’t and couldn’t care less. Never coming back. Oh and they also never put a new oil change date sticker on for good measure. Oh and don’t even put air in the tires. Quality operation.

Excellent shop that I take my exotics and sports cars to for emissions inspections. So far, they’ve inspected my Dodge Viper, Porsche 911 and McLaren 650S with ease. I’ve never had a wait and they work with you to make sure the car is handled correctly.

The absolute worst place. We went in for a safety inspection. We were told by the tech that our fuse was blown since the OBD port doesn’t work. They wanted $180 to replace a fuse. I went home tested all the fuses and everything was normal. Later on, I took my car to the dealership and passed the safety emission test without issues. STAY AWAY
