Inspection by Mr. C.Hopkins was super fast, friendly and on task. Staff as well with asking if I needed cold water while waiting. Which wasn't a wait, 20mins max. Excellent service by far, thank you❣️

But I let them talk me into the more expensive oil change and the guy said "You'll just be right back in here." Yeah, that's how oil changes work. More importantly my OIL CAP WAS LOOSE. The people who changed my oil did not tighten down my cap. And they charged $5 to top off coolant. I only blame the staff really for not tightening the gas cap. I have been using Jiffy Lube for over a decade but I'm tired of their young, inexperienced staff. I guess the company doesn't pay enough to hire adults.

Fantastic experience at the 12621 Research Blvd. location. I had been quoted $340 from a BMW dealer to replace a cabin air filter. Your team did it for 10% of that. Not only that, but it was a difficult job. Multiple technicians were almost stumped by how complicated it is to replace on an X5. But the team never gave up and ensured I left with the new ones in place. Impressed. Will return - and will never go to the BMW dealer again.

They did great!! Got me some in like 20mins!! She greeted me, explained recommendations on the iPad, made sure she applied my coupon, checked all my lights, and renewed my next oil change sticker!

I am from Georgetown and was at work so decided to do my oil change during lunch, this was the best customer service and politeness I have ever seen. They got me in and out in no time, there guys where working together. Guess I know where my oil changes will be!!!

The new manager is so rude, I over heard him talking bad about another employee there. He also tried to use scare tactics to get me to buy all these extra services after I said no three times. On top of that he smokes in the bay and has no manners and just throws his cigarette butts on the floor instead of the cigarette canister.
